Awesome little park. Bathroom is an outhouse which is handicap accessible, was pretty dirty while we visited. Park equipment with solid. Bark dust was wonderful. Nice gazebo to eat lunch at trash cans and open air picnic table. Hidden gem in the heart of Tigard

A cute, clean park that feels secluded. Lots of trees, picnic tables, benches, a shelter, basketball courts, and a port-a-potty. We went on a weekday and there was plenty of on street parking.

Perfect little park with a play structure, grass to run or sun and a basketball court. Never busy. Easy street parking on a dead end street.

The only good thing about this park is that its somewhat private, being on a dead end road with just businesses across the street. But like almost every park in the region it has only street parking. Theres no swings, and hour employees from the businesses across the street like to break and lunch here. Which is totally fine but its a small park and all benches and tables are right next to the playground. So theres just people with no kids (at least no kids with them) eating food right up in your business while youre playing with your children. Why does Oregon not like parking lots at playgrounds? Are they really only supposed to be for residents living so close they can walk? What if you dont live that close to a park, and dont want to drive for 15 minutes through terrible traffic on an absurdly badly designed street system just to have to park on the side of a tiny road? Well I guess you move in that case. I miss you Las Vegas.
