Got there a bit early on a Thursday. Cant speak of the nightlife but the accommodations were comfortable, clean and wide open. Plenty of tables, so certainly worth a look if you want to chalk up your stick.

Went to enjoy my night with my boyfriend and apparently you only have to wear a mask while playing billiards during covid. There was multiple people sitting and taking while not wearing a mask. When we addressed the bartender he stated that they only enforced wearing a mask while playing billiards. So my assumption is that they believe that you cannot catch covid while talking, but only while playing billiards.

Got my pool table in less than 20 minutes. Good place for steady vibes and fun with friends

Ive been coming here pretty often and I enjoy the vibe. Its a good place to chill and practice your shots (as Im still too intimidated to go to a different pool hall) (open to recommendations) Cue Club is one of my faves in Phoenix, thanks yall.

I think this is a great pool hall. Definitely a whole mixture of crowds here. But they have decent drink prices. Plenty of tables! And I like the fact they have different size tables as well, as not every place has that option. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a night out with friends to go shoot pool!

Great place! Ive been coming here since I was 21 and it was always a great place to come on 4/7/2018. So, for my wifes Birthday we came here and I guess returning a drink to the bar set off the night manager. She came to our group to ask why we yelled at her server. I was surprised as well as the server for her to make that assumption. I respectfully told her we didnt yell or show any anger. We just return a drink because it wasnt what we ordered. She was raging and said the drink that I want only look different because it was missing food coloring. But it was the drink I ordered. I beg to differ and she threatened to kick us out. Mind we already paid $100 in drinks and were playing pool. As long as the night manager is there I wouldnt recommend this place. We left with disappoint to Fat Tuesdays. Spent more $$$ there with decent service.

Always a good time if you show up when the crowds arent there. Pretty much any time before 10 is free of excessive college kids if thats not your set. Good drinks, chill staff, and a ton of tables.

There was a lot of people in here for a Friday night. Its a good spot to have a drink or dance with your girls. The drinks were kind of expensive but thats expected on Mill. The pool tables are a plenty and so are the bodies!

Cue is my favorite place to hangout on mill. Excellent tables, superb drinks, and the best staff a mile around. 100/10 recommend.

So this is the only place that allowed me to bring Dotty inside for a private party!!! Dotty is my pet 12,000 pound triceratops. She is very intimidating because she has those three sharp horns but she is as calm as a possum playing dead. Thank you so much Mill Cue Club for providing me with a dinosaur friendly environment.

While I generally do not give second chances, mill cue club has been the exception. Automatically get one star for the working and clean restroom facilities. The other three stars are for a lone employee named justice who was very kind and attentive when other employees did not care to give me a second of their time.. pool tables were a bit cramped in and had a couple of bump ins with other patrons but not a bad place.. thank you justice for being a stand up service representative. Ask for her and you will not be disappointed. Just make sure your gratuity matches her excellent behavior and service!!

I come here since my college days. If you dare to try their long island ice tea you wont regret it, you only need one LMAO.. Good start up place for weekend dancing. sometimes it is really packed though so you might need to wait a bit if you are there to play pool.

What can I say?! Its a good place for some pool and various inexpensive long islands. Just like the rest of mill it has a different vibe before 7pm. If youd like to go with some work mates after work its nice, chill, and relax. But if you wanna go when mill is alive on the weekends, it is also just as popular to be as the other bars! Great place, lots of locals. And of course, great place on Mill to play Billiards!

Showed up to meet with someone who didnt show up until an hour and 15 minutes later. That aside, the bar had a pretty good atmosphere.

Great little hang out. Cannot find cheaper pool rates anywhere. It gets a bit crazy on the weekends when school is in session but perfect during the summer months for all the AZ locals. I would recommend checking out this place if you are looking for cheap happy hour drinks and a place to shoot pool.

Much more fun than the name sounds, great drinks, great music, lots of hot chicks and even got in a game of pool. Only bad thing is it gets ridiculously crowded FAST. The night my buddy and I went it was about half full, 10 minutes after we got in there was litterally no elbow room.

Lovely bar for pool on a weekday, not too crowded and ample room for pool. Staff was beyond friendly and very attentive. We were checked on multiple times during our time there and never left looking for someone. Small area in the back for Jenga, connect 4 and seating. Overall good spot for drinks and pool. Not sure how it is on weekends but its Mill Ave so expect to be packed

Couple of friends and I came here for a chill night. Service was great. Tables were clean and well kept for pool. Only negative to point out was the bathrooms were fairly dirty. The dude sitting on a stool with his headphones in the bathroom had quite the mess around him. Otherwise fun place!

Cool bar, gets crowded though. This club and the one next door should merge. Other than that great club, great lighting, great drinks.

Drinks are good with the night life. Came here with some family to kick off bar hopping. Staff was nice and the atmosphere was comfortable. But you gotta find your spot in the bar quick because it gets packed fast!

Favorite bar on Mill! This is a great mixture of a dive bar vibe and a club vibe. The DJs are fantastic and the bartenders are great. They do not serve food, but their delicious drinks make up for it! They also allow you to bring in food from the outside if you decide that you want to eat in there. Their long islands will get you feeling great with just one! They usually have a good list Of seasonal beer on tap, which I love too. The pool tables are great-especially on nights that arent quite as busy. We love going in on Sundays to play pool, but also enjoy the busier nights. Unlike some bars, they do a great job making sure there is enough staff for busy events. You wont spend your time in line waiting for a drink, which is nice. I highly recommend stopping in to try this place out!

The servers were great here but everyone else. The bartenders and security here were complete a××holes. We had a security dude hawking my friend and i all night and throw us out cuz a stick fell on the ground by accident. Then they tried to refuse my friend his id back. These dudes were completely unprofessional and tried to get me, on multiple occasions, to fight with them. Constantly getting into my face and doing anything to provoke me. To hell with this place. Never going back

The pool and drinks were okay. The bartender was being condescending to me and my date. She had a horrible attitude and made us feel like we were such an inconvenience to her. I doubt that I will come back to this establishment again in the future. I paid my money to get treated so badly. Today is Sunday, 5/26/19.

I liked this place a lot. $5/hour for pool tables is the cheapest Ive seen in most places, and the tables were nice and the house cues were pretty good too. Drinks and prices were standard. There was some dude in the mens bathroom trying to hustle candy and cigarettes which was kinda off-putting; I get enough hustlers in the street why would I want one in the bar? Besides that, it everything else was good and I look forward to coming back some time.

The door guys are straight idiots. The music is cool drinks are cheap but the door guys are terrible. They cant tell a real or non expired ID to save their life. Ive never had a issue with any other club regarding this. This is the only place to call the cops because they cant do basic math and their eyes dont work.

Friday night on mill... its ok $9 to play pool with watered down and over priced drinks Im good. Vibe was chill. But not worth my time. Check it out for yourself. Playing pool seems fun but paying for it not so much.

My friend recommended me the name of this club when I was looking for a good place to have some quality time. I took his recommendation and went to this place for party. This club was very good and the services given to me were very professional and good.

Good music, however the customer service from the bar @ 8:45pm on March 9th, 2019, has been nothing but the worse... this place isn’t busy and stood at the bar for 7 minutes without any acknowledgement. Also stood waiting for a pool table, my named being called to pickup pool balls, to having had waited for 5 mins with out acknowledgment or pool balls being provided. Finally after 5 mins of waiting patiently, the bartender asks, “what can I do for you?” as if he wasn’t the guy who just looked at my ID and called my name over the loud speaker to play pool.

This place has the best Long Island Ice Teas around and they even have some flavored Long Island options. The staff is amazing and is always doing their best to make sure everyone is having a good time. They are having their 21st Anniversary Party this month and that is something we will definitely be attending!

My husband and I had a good time!! The drinks were Great, the bathrooms clean and the pool tables in good shape.

Pricey for a game of pool but great time and very cheap drinks.

$2 too expensive for everything but the atmosphere is good, the pool is good too price is average for pool. Bartenders are pretty decent letting us sample drafts before order etc.

We always go early on a weekday, tables are available, very affordable. They charge by table for the hour not by person which is why we keep going back.

Fun for night out, Long Island iced teas are the go to here

Best drink prices I have come across on Mill Ave. $5-$6 Long Islands the weekend I went, with top shelf available for $10-$11, generously poured I might add. I felt they werent trying to bait with a low price and not deliver, they delivered. Played some pool there another night, very chill, no doubt Ill be back.

Unprofessional and unsafe!!I was there with my girlfriend and after a few drinks the security guard came up to me while she was in the bathroom and told me he needed to see me outside. I asked for what and he just repeated himself. So I then asked him if I could wait for my girlfriend so our belongings (purses, wallets, phones, and such) werent left unattended. He didnt want to let me wait. He was trying to get me outside with out her. As soon as she walked out of the bathroom he flagged her down, told her I was too drunk and he needed us to leave out the back door. Why the back door? We hadnt even paid our tab or collected her ID and debit card and he was already trying to usher us out. OUT THE BACK DOOR. We had already ordered water from our super nice waitress Kendall because I know my drinking limit and dont push myself. We just wanted to finish our game of pool. But the security guard had already taken our balls and put someone else at our table while we spoke to Kendall. He wouldnt even let me finish the water I had ordered before trying to again, usher us out the back door. He was trying to trick a too drunk women out the back of the bar without her way home? If I was too drunk as he said I was, why would you want me out BEHIND THE BAR without a safe way home? Seems shady and dangerous to me. Will not be going back.

My go to place for a night on Mill. While it doesnt have the booming music dance floor as you might find at other bars its an excellent place to start if thats where you want to end up later in the night. Bartenders are friendly and dont usually find myself waiting long to get a drink. The drinks prices are comparable with most other bars on Mill but they well exceed other bars in the options and quality of the drinks. The pool tables offer a fun activity and even on busy weekends they have a great system to get you at one. Been a resident of Tempe and been going to Mill for 3/4 years at this point and of all the bars that have come and gone Cue Club has stuck around. Id like to think its because theyre doing it right. Good on you guys.

Went to the mill cue today with my family visiting. The one bartender, Shannon, who was the manager was viciously rude to not only my family but other patrons as well. She spent more time complaining to everyone at the bar how over worked and tired and how she didn’t want to be there. She kicked 12 patrons out who were sober and just asking for a drink because she considered them “rude”. I was questioning why a huge pool hall was empty in a Sunday and i now know why. After waiting 25 minutes to get served with only 5 people at the bar, my brother calmly asked if he could get a water. She snapped and started yelling at him why he was so special. She wasn’t making drinks the last 25 minutes, she was complaining to the others and threatening them to say ‘one thing’ and she would kick her out. I asked her is she had help, and she started yelling at me to complain to the manager which was her and she’d kick me out. At that point I asked for my brothers ID back (because she had it so we could play pool) and she started yelling again. I told her please calm down and she kept yelling. When we returned the pool set and asked for the ID. She went off in my 64 year old father about how rude his daughter was. I am honestly taken aback at the service I received today. Shaken honestly. I will never go back to this bar ever, and will honestly tell any friends and family to stay away. Not a place for anyone to go.

I dont even like pool but I always manage to have fun here. They have a good cheap strong trash can drink. Also giant Jenga is always fun.

Id give it a 1 if it werent for the bartender when we came in. He was great and helpful. The next one after he got off kept walking by us. For quite sometime. Bar slowed down and I raised my hand to get her attention. She came over stating that is not a good way to get my attention next time, in which I replied Ive been trying to get your attention other ways but you keep walking by can I just get my check so I can leave please. In which she comes back with my check thanking me for being rude to the bar tender. For raising my hand. To pay my bill.

Great place, good prices, good atmosphere. Multiple pool tables that you pay for by the hour. On Saturday night I waited for about 30 minutes for a table, played for about 2 hours and the price was very competitive.My girl ordered a margarita with salt and I was pleasantly surprised that it was made from scratch and not served from a prebatch.

Over priced drinks, uneducated staff with poor training. The tables arent level and the toilets were blocked and coming out the door. The bar across the road was a way better pub. It had hot girls and a friendly bar staff. Avoid the cue club at all costs. Especially if youre a guy looking to get lucky. This venue was a BBQ. No girls what so ever!
