Glow was such an amazing experience, since moving from iowa it’s been hard to find the cool club scenes everyone talks about. Moving during a pandemic it’s been hard go find clean fun places that still have positive environments. Not only was glow clean, the employees had masks but also GLOWING personalities. It was the most positive club/bar I’ve entered in 4 months of living here! Keep killing it guys️ Megan and Kamiel you guys are amazing!

Stumbled upon this super cool spot while taking my very first trip to Arizona & visiting my best friend. It was a Saturday night. The girls downstairs that greet people walking by were very friendly & pretty. They did a remarkable job getting us in the door showing us the drink menus & prices. We each ordered 2 drinks throughout the evening & I absolutely enjoyed the giant list of specialty shots & cocktails up on the chalkboard over the bar. I had a purple rain which was delicious. I wish there was a bit more of a variety of flavor profiles as most all of the drinks were sweet ones. I typically am a margarita drinker. The girl behind the bar that helped us was friendly at first but within 20 minutes my opinion started to change as she stopped smiling or being friendly for the rest of the evening. She helped every other party & couple at the bar, while we had been done with our drinks & ready to order another for a while before she acknowledged us, & when she did, it was very monotone. Maybe she was having a bad night. But nonetheless we really enjoyed the music, the vibe and all the NEON GLOW! At the end when we went to pay the tab was way less than I expected it to be so I was stoked! For 5 drinks, tab was under $40!

Wow. I have never been treated more disrespectfully by an irate hostess at the front. My valid ID would not scan and I tried to just ask a question when she shouted me down and made me leave. Homophobic? Probably!

Slow service and rude waitress. Food was awful!

WORST SERVICE EVER

This place went from being a fun edm club to back to its old bac lounge vibe. R&b and Hip hop does not match the whole glow concept this place is a rip off of GLOW in Guadalajara Mexico.

Stopped by here on Thursday was completely dead music does not go with the glow theme. Probably one of the worst spots on mill.

This place is amazing, good music, most the art is fantastic, and the owner is a super chill dude.
