I purchased the summer fun pass for my kids and we decided to try different locations each week to see which one we liked the most. This was only our second time using the pass and the gentleman Windsor who helped me was fantastic! I purchased 3 passes but I was only sent one email with the play cards. Windsor was extremely accommodating for my situation and went above and beyond to help assist! I wanted to write this review to express my gratitude to him and highly recommend this location! My kids had a blast here and there was a large selection of games to choose from as well as the games having high jackpots for tickets.

Clean, very nice and customer service is good. But a few months ago they renovated and the changed the place where they place a stamp in your hand before coming in, for me it is not protective anymore since little kids can go out if you dont supervise them. So just keep your eyes on your kids at all times. They should change it again by the way!

Could have been better for what it cost and the workers all seem like they hate theyre jobs. We took them to a so called trick or treat and that means 2 pieces of candy from a girl that just acts like shes forced to be there. It wasnt a good experience I might check out a different one for sure.

Very affordable! My nieces love it and theres not too many people or kids so thats good during this time.

Do not waste your time!!!!the food has gone way down hill is way overpriced they messed up our order the machines they do have on dont work. My autistic daughter simply wanted to go on the carousel and Windsor yes thats his name refused to turn it on...I could understand if its for social distancing or whatever but other games and rides were all on. I am livid that someone could be so nasty to a non-verbal autistic child that wrote on her device that all she wanted to do was go on the carousel. There was an adorable little girl crying on her bday for the same reason!!! And the manager was emotionless.

We always have fun here. & They have a new claw game where you get spiked color balls I got one for all my littles lmfao it was fun.

I visited this location for a birthday party. The customer service provided was excellent, but a lot of kids and older guests didnt have on their masks

The first time I went here when I was about 3 years old and the last time I went here was when I was about 11 Years old. This was another awesome place to hang out as a kid and dine out and do all sorts of stuff amidst the Brandon location. This is another awesome Chuck E Cheese, now its really sad they went bankrupt because of COVID-19. But this place brings back many good memories.

The staff does a great job of keeping the facility and the different games and attractions very clean!

2.0, formerly phase 4 with 2 stage, had 2 stage from 1994 to 2019 (25 years) and the stage was restored by Grant Goodbread, who worked there as an assistant tech, you can watch his videos on YouTube on his channel, CEC Florida,(He also now owns the bots, and the studio c bot from the Chuck E. Cheese in Birmingham Alabama on old town road which got a chuck e live dance floor back in 2016 and they had a studio c beta, the bot was in a landfill for four years and then found and grant bought it, he is currently restoring it.)

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Its a shame how disgusting and dirty this whole place was. Almost every single table was dirty with trash all over it. There were about 10 games that didnt work. Overall it was a complete mess in my eyes. My son did have fun but its very difficult to return back to a place when it looks like this.

Awesome place for my son lots of games and I like the revamp they did a very clean and awesome place. The only problem is that they dont have stuff that my son likes at the prize center and my son has A LOT of tickets and theres nothing that he likes to get with them. If you add things that my son likes then I would rate it 5 stars.

I will give this a 5 star if you guys bring back the old stuff,I mean look at it now it dosent feel like your in Chuck e place it feels like your at a normal restaurant so plz bring back the old stuff

Boy, has this place changed and not for the better. The little bumper cars are gone, the stage is gone and the cost of getting prizes has increased terribly! 2000 tickets now gets you a larger size ball (than the ones you can win) the food is good, but they no longer offer food/play packages. You have to purchase a pizza combo for 30.00 and then purchase a play package (either time or points) separately. No longer a budget friendly place.. :(

Its a great place to bring the kids. The timed unlimited play is the best deal. We always do this. Easy way to get a bunch of tickets for the prizes. Kids can run and be free and play as many games that they want.

We had my sons 5th birthday party today at this location and I was completely in awe of the manager, Will! I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, so I notice everything and am one tough critic ;). He went above and beyond all exceeded expectations I could have had! Chuck E. Cheese is very lucky to have him!

Best for kids 6 years old and up. Me and my two boys spend about $60 for the whole experience. 90 minute game card, pizza and salad bar or appetizer. Gotta use coupons though which are easy to find on their website or sign up for their email list and they email them to you every month.

Ok, so actually not a bad set up. A party for 20 kids will run about $500-$600. They recently renovated so the place looks good. The service was good as well. Rebeka was the best! This CEC was much better than the last one I went to where the rat had holes in his pants.

The manager on duty from 2-5 pm today was great. I would say he was in late 20s early 30s. Helped all ages of children with their selection of toys/candy. Observed him explaining to a parent the options that were most beneficial for her as she had several children. Very the remodeling.

Great time there. Very family friendly. A lot of games were down or didnt give the tickets. But overall it was clean and the staff was very respectful.

I brought my niece and nephew to this location last night and all I can say is that this place is deplorable. What a shame. It was super small, most of the game equipment wasn’t working and the staff radiated with a look that they didn’t want to be there . I will like to state on how one of the employees even gave us a toy for free although not having enough points, because she said she just wants to go home lol . My niece and nephew couldn’t even try the mini go cart ride because despite pressing the customer assistance button multiple times ; no one came even after standing there for about 10 minutes. There is no reason this location should even be open and it gives a bad look to all other Chuck E. Cheese’s. Anyways, the worst part was the cleanliness of the place . The restroom was DISGUSTING, I’ve never seen anything like this( view photos ) . I wouldn’t dare to eat there let alone come back here ever again .

Had my nephews birthday party, the kids had a blast, but had to request the food more than twice. The server said it was ready, so I said he could bring it out. It was on the 3rd request that the food finally got delivered.

The staff there was amazing. My son had an awesome time. Only two ticket collectors were working and the most popular attractions werent working. But, the staff went above and beyond anyones expectations. Kudos to the staff that works there. Super friendly, extremely patient, and they bent over backwards to make sure everyone had a good time.

The remodel looks great!!! New games and lots of little ride ons for the younger kids. Very clean and friendly staff. The only recommendation I have is to have a built in stool for the sink in the bathroom. Little ones cant reach the soap or the water. :)

As a parent you tend to have a love hate relationship with Chuck! I definitely have one of those. I was actually happy when my child became old enough to not want to come here. I hated the above ground plastic maze where your child would climb up and explore...youd hope they didnt get lost and would find their way back down without you having to make the climb or sending a staff member into the beyond to help. You didnt even know if it were clean up there, just hoped so. Well I was surprised to see during this visit that they removed that and now have a bumper car area. It looks somewhat cleaner at the surface and more spaced out. Right now they have unlimited play cards where you pay for the allotment of time and your child can play unlimited times any games during that time. Let me tell you, my child has been addicted to coming here because of that. She gets to rack up the tickets and get bigger prizes. Just in 1 45 minute slot she earned almost 2,000 tickets. She got a Razzles pillow. Love that Chuck lets you pay for the difference if youre short tickets. Only $0.1 per ticket. The staff here is very friendly-- management walks the floor and is great with the kids. If a game isnt giving tickets just find the Manager and he will take care of you. Great inexpensive fun for an afternoon. Oh and did I mention that deal is all week but on Wednesday you get 1 hour for $15!!

This newly renovated store has updated arcade games and fast food and drinks for everyone. There is plenty of seating available. This is a fun place for kids.

Absolutely fantastic! My Sister and me attended this establishment with my 10 year old Niece, and we all had a blast! I havent been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a child growing up in southern California, so it really brought back a lot of wonderful memories. The Employees were all professional, courteous and polite, and also very friendly. When there was a game that ran out of tickets, one employee not only gladly refilled it right away, but I could tell she was genuinely happy to see my Nieces eyes light up as the machine automatically gave her the tickets she had won. I will always know that if and when I need a place to take my family in the future, I can always count on Chuck E. Cheese as being the place to visit.Thank you all, each and every person, for helping this veteran to put a smile on his Nieces face.

I like this location better than any other. My toddlers have an blast everytime, the manager is awesome and you can tell they work hard to keep the kids smiling. They constantly have someone makingvsure the machines are working and being sure to not let anyone lose their tjckets because the game was empty. Their Chucky is always around even when there is not a lot of people in there. My daughter loves the interactive dance floor where she can party with Chucky.

Its a fun place to take your kids. Staff is very friendly and you get a good bang for buck

Its fine. The pizza is good, the machines fun when they dont breakdown every minute, and collecting a ton of tickets by continually spamming the same machine is a plus. Its good for children, and I would recommend it.

The manager on staff tonight on 7/11 was rude as hell. He left the girl at the register by herself to deal with a whole line of people and by 820 I was in line to buy a 30 min card and he walked by and said only 15 minutes cards Please coach your staff to treat customers properly and understand that if your hours of operation say until 9pm dont stop offering game cards until the appropriate time.

They have taken away the animatronics

Equipment is very well maintained. Food is rather tasty. Staff is friendly and outgoing. I look forward to revisiting this particular Chuck-E-Cheese. My only concern is that this Chuck-E-Cheese seems to become very crowded. The amount of people that our present seems to be overbearing at times for the staff. Lines form at the ticket desk 2 purchase and Order the food and game cards. You can find your step self standing in line for nearly a half hour, waiting. Make a reservation well in advance for birthday parties!

Amazing! I normally hate going to chuckie cheese but I took my son after a karate event. The employees definitely were amazing. Told us about ways we could earn more tickets. They had self on the shelf hidden in a game to find for a surprise. My son absolutely loved it. The lady who helped cash out my sons tickets was so friendly she was all smiles and made my son feel special. This was my fi rdd st tdd I ees at this location and I will definitely be going back regularly.

What a horrible experience. My son was tackled by two kids playing football . I went on a Friday afternoon witn my two kids ..There were several fathers there holding Io their pants because their pants were 5 times their size . Little kids running around barefooted and kids stealing tickets while my son was playing. The staff was super nice seemed so scared to approach the parents that had no concern for their rude misbehaved kids . Ghetto place and. Not safe .

A lot of arcade games to play from.I’m an adult who takes my child to Chuck E Cheese’s. Personally, I like the game in the back where it is similar to bowling. But as I visited Chuck E Cheese more & more, I began getting tired of it. But just to be nice, here’s a 4-star rating.

It is pretty standard set up for a Chuck e cheese. The parking is a touch of a problem and a handful of games ran out of tickets or broke while playing them.

It was beyond crowded not enough entertainment compared to the crowd. Not enough staffing available there was a line to purchase tickets and food from when I arrived at 3 u til I left at 6. There was only 2 open ticket receiving booths available so that was another line. Non working environment stands. Plus it was hot.

Staff lacked energy and enthusiasm. Most of them seemed as if they did not want to be working there. Very sad. Find a new job, don’t be a bad example for children.The store wasn’t that clean and machines were broken. Overall, an okay experience. If they found new staff members, it would be much better.

Honestly years back this place used to be amazing! Used to be kept super clean, very friendly staff and all in all an amazing time to spend with your kids. Through the years it’s really gone downhill, The staff seems like it doesn’t want to help much, most of the machines weren’t working, along with the cleanliness of the place. I Honestly feel this place has a lot of potential just needs to have the right push in the correct direction.

We enjoy coming here. The only downfall is a lot of parents dont watch their children and let them run around and spill things and climb all over the games. This shouldnt be allowed as it is a liability issue and is unsafe for the children. Other than that we love it.

It was the perfect place 2 b wen wanting 2 enjoy the highlights of ur kids funny side. And the same as well 4 ur significant other. It is truly a place of fun energy. I enjoyed myself and the family.Thanks Chuck

Employees are nice and Chucky was very energetic. Its also pretty clean.

We ordered the large sampler platter and did not receive the celery. Spoke to the manager. He comes back with carrots. We are like wheres the celery? He says we are out of it and gave attitude as that is what we are suppose to accept. He at no time apologized for not having anymore or giving us a choice to replace the celery until we requested a salad. Tables were dirty, no napkins on some and 4 out of about 7 ticket machines were not working causing major frusttration.

Pizza is an ok pizza. $50 for two pizzas and two sodas is a bit much, given you still need to pay for games.

First time at Chucks. I was surprised at the size of the place. I ordered a personal pizza and it was small, but surprisingly tasty. There were a lot of games and I could see the remnants of someones private party. The stage suddenly came to life and I saw Chuck and the band perform. It was a nice experience, A bit pricey. but so is everything these days. Download the App and get a coupon for a free pizza before you go. Veterans get a free personal pizza on Veterans day.

I love going here because it nice and friendly Environment while i dont have any pictures i use to go here as a kid, this place is a Treasure that hold great memories it is also a great place for Teenagers hangout with friends and throw birthday party. It kind of sad that someone Replace the old games with newer games which i can understand that some of them where outdate or where broken it hold many great memories that arent Replaceable would like to see one of the Dance game with the arrow on it back in there. Other then that i wish i can rate it a 8 or a 9 star.
