Hidden gem in the middle of downtown. Very empty at night and my dog loves the open grass patches
Lots of shade, beautiful pathways for walking or riding bikes. Playground for the kids and nice view of the water around Tampa.
There is a lovely view of the stadium. Perfect place for a piknick. Or a walk with a freind.
Small but quiet and located at a little pier across from Amalie Arena on the Riverwalk.
Love to sit here and eat icea cream or dessert from little colombia restaurant
There are two playground along this path, one far better than the other! We visited both on our way back from watching the Lighted boat tour - there wasn’t much lighting, which I felt was odd since it’s basically right on the street. It was a cute little stop for the kiddo who had been sitting and getting restless for the boats.
Why I love it is over by the river walk the lighting stadium the history center. And the aquarium and importantly the port the gateway to tampa
Nice quite park along the Riverwalk. Just across the street from Amalie Arena and on opposite ends you will find the Marriott Waterside Hotel or the Tampa History Museum.
Its on the waterfront in Tampa and is a really nice place for a walk.
Nice clean park with no homeless
Cute little dock to walk onto
Nice small park to start your Riverwalk . Have a restroom too. You will be lucky if you find Parking in front of park, only 5-7 spots. We usually park at Pam Iorio Parking Garage, its a 5-7 min walk from park.
It was really good
Very interesting place
Love this place. It was a nice 5k run and a nice party afterwards!
Basic park with a small playground. Nice if youre already on the riverwalk, but not worth going out of the way for.
We rode the trolley system for free on a Saturday and stopped here to check out the park. The only negative is that the playground here is really close to the street so if you have little ones that run off or anything you might not want to take them here. But it is a nice playground and then a nice walk along the water. There is also a small splash pad and a sand play area in front of the Tampa history museum. The Columbia Café is there too. We didnt eat there or go to the museum but we plan on going back to check them out!
Fun little playground, nice and clean but near a road so keep an eye on your little one
It was kid friendly and it was center around other fun things to do downtown. Will visit again soon
Theres no real shade. Not enough trees. The only good things I can think of are the gator playground(sand with some figures of gators and tortoiseshells that children can hide in), nice free bathroom in the columbia cafe, and the fact that since this is such a sunny spot that anoles will sunbathe and some of them will let you poke them once or twice before they run away. Soft lizards.
Lovely people/pet friendly park across from Amalie Arena. Theres always something going on during the weekends. Amazing city view too.
I work in the area. Good place to picnic with or with out anyone.
Beautiful and well kept park. Located along the river.
Fun place to shop had a good time
This is a very hard to remember and pronounce name for a park lol. Perhaps more events would be held here if people could pronounce the name! Lol we just call it ice palace Park. This park needs more frequent events!
This is one of my favorite parks downtown. Its generally less populated than. Curtis Hixon, despite the fact that its so much smaller. There are 2 areas for kids to play not to mention a huge grassy area that could easily accommodate a soccer game, gymnastics, or an old school round of freeze tag. The park is on the water and right on the Riverwalk. We love bringing our dogs here to get in a run and there are potty bags, trash cans, and even a doggy drinking fountain.
Nice and relaxing
It is a place to walk a dog or have kids play. There is not much here.
This is one of the citys better Parks its a nice friendly a lot of events come through this part because it sets off the water so you get the Dragon Boat races and most show of your water events thats is just a nice place to go so pleasant as read in the area of restaurants in by the staff of that part keeps it clean all the time its its its just a nice place to go with the family and just relax
Kids always enjoy it here. Okay of playground, view the water, take in the downtown sites, or catch the trolley. Very cool
Wonderful place just to have a picnic and hang out with your kids and your pets.
My girls love IT. Its nice having a playground along our boat rides . This is our second favorite, it could use more kids rides but i guess we are grateful for the facility.
Great atmosphere. Day we went were Dragonboat races and vendors outside. Great walking area
Great time at Amalie arena. NHL All stars 2018.
Nice park with great views of the Channel. Playground arent huge and relatively close to the busy road. The hardest part is parking if you dont live downtown.
Nice playground, nice open green space, pier, and River Walk. A nice short walk to The Sail Pavillion and water taxi. Parking is only problem. Metered but not expensive at all but very limited. Sometimes with little kids its just more convenient to get to park close.
Full of history, great self guided walking tour. Parking is a challenge though.
I come here to relax a couple times per week, especially after a stressful day. The park is clean and peaceful especially during the day.
A beautiful day to enjoy the weather. To sit by the water and watch others doing the same. Peaceful. It was easy to feel away even though busy Tampa was going on all around me.
Nice little park with kids playground in the city.
Nice but small park located between the Marriott hotel and the History Museum on the River walk. Play area for the kids. Nice also for walking your dog. An easy walk across the street to Amalie Arena.
Great place 4 a run or walk anytime of day
Had a great time July 4th with the family!!
Amazing place. I love this.
Excellent place to relax
Nice little park to get to the riverwalk.
Tampa is very beautiful and the people are very nice here
Beautiful place great food
Comfortable and quiet. Everyone is inside the Lightening game. Go BOLTS!
Right near my work! Love going here for long walks!
Great place. Views were awesome....
Nice park. Free WiFi was great, but limited. We stopped here for several hours to relax and enjoy some sunshine after our cruise waiting for the later flight home. Nearby columbia cafe is a good place to grab lunch.
Beautiful park with picturesque views of the water, bridges and downtown
Nice clean park centrally located.
Nice reprieve in the middle of Downtown Tampa. Right next to the Marriott and next to Amalie Arena. Dog friendly, kid play area, Waterside. Some homeless people but not a concern.
Today was awesome corn hole tournament. Love this walk all around the river.
Beautiful place love it especially at night
Park is great and views are really nice. The only issue with this gorgeous place is the kids play ground..This playground should be called Emergency room playground. The so called bridge obstacle has separations that pose an imminent danger to a 3 to 7 yr old kid ....the gaps on that bridge are so separated that a small shoe can slide in and break a kids legs in seconds.Furthermore, the rest of the obstacles on that so called kid play ground are basically design for kids 12 yrs and older.Dont let your kids play at that play ground unless u want a broken leg or arm on your kid.
This park is huge... We came here for #HunaDay2017, and really enjoyed the day. Cigar City does a great job with the festival, and the park suits it well. Good stuff.
This is a lovely park with good views of the water and the downtown area. It is an asset to the Riverwalk. I have enjoyed every visit I have made here. Thank you!!
Pretty corporate park. Nice short walk after eating locally. Sits on the famed River Walk. Good view.
To many ignorant cyclist.
A great time for a Dragon Boat race. The Pan Am Tampa Bay International Dragon Boat races...
I visited this park after participating in the the Gasparilla Distance Classic; it was where the after party was held. This well maintained and beautifully landscaped park is tucked in between Garriso Channel and the Amelia Arena. Downtown skyscrapers are in view, as well as the Marriott Waterside hotel. It is a perfect little green area amid the busyness of downtown. Adjacent to the park is the newly lengthened river walk, ideal for running or biking. There is also a playground for the kids.
Very beautiful at night and even on a Wednesday night there were a lot of people walking around. This would be a great spot for a romantic stroll.
Nice park along the Riverwalk
It was a nice place to take my kid for 2018 New Years fireworks.
Great views, relaxing walk. Only thing is watch for bicycles!
Good place to be at with the family
Nice park right outside the arena. Great views of the waterfront also.
Nice park during the day but random homeless people at night. They are nice and wont bother you since there always seem to be people near by
Amazing at night!
Great place to fish, except that ever since the gentrification of the area, there are no fishing signs all over a place Ive been fishing for 30 years.
Nice park to take a stroll along Garrison Channel. The park will lead directly to the Florida History Museum and close to Channel Side Bay Plaza. The park is also part of the Tampa River walk and from this location you can head toward the Convention Center and eventually to Curtis Hixon Water Park.
Visited for VegFest and this park is great. Lots of green space, a stage for live music, walking path that connects to the downtown Riverwalk and a short walk to Channelside. Parking is killer, but thats Tampa.
A nice place to relax with the family and enjoy life without being disturbed by others.
Best place to not get your car towed from while out running the Gasparilla Distance Classic
Peaceful waterfront park in the shadow of the Amelie Arena, a nice place to sit and relax for a while
Fun, well maintained little park
Beautiful park on the Riverwalk. Great place to enjoy a picnic in the city.
I love this waterside park. Perfect for beer festivals.
Great park for kids with the huge playground or attachment to the River Walk for a run.
A fun little park on the river walk and close to pretty much everything downtown. Parking can be tough though.
Very nice location right in the city to walk, jog ECT.
This park is in the heart of downtown. A hidden gem for kids to play and have FUN!!!
Great area to visit. Take in downtown. Shop. Eat.
Beautiful place for an evening stroll
Great waterside park. You can run, walk or play on the playground.
Great place to meet for a event
Beautiful place
Great clean park with lots of benches and great water views.
Great place to visit if you are in walking distance
Park is nice, area is nice but parking is a mess
Beautiful walk... pleasant.
Went here for Hunahpu Day. Nice plot of land.
Has a nice splash park for the kids and a dog park. Bathrooms could be smelled from outside though.
