Love the decorations. But they can do a little better on the seats, I know were in a pandemic but they should upgrade little by little.

I think the movie theater has seen better days. The concessions are lacking appeal. Within the concessions, you can normally get popcorn with a free refill or refills on soda for cheaper. Instead of stepping up and using the extra cup/popcorn bucket. They keep the price as high as normal and do not give refills. How convenient for them. Movies themselves seem to be less expensive, but the movie selection was not great. I wont be returning for a long time, if ever. Regal and other movie theaters are offering better deals and movie selections, so I would highly recommend driving to one of those theaters instead.

Really clean and comfortable seating. Food portions are appropriate with common Cinema pricing.

Nice place but we went to a 730pm show and they shut the concessions down at 800pm. If they had told us before hand we could have gotten popcorn, etc

Very nice atomsphere. The customer service was excellent. The water is a bit pricey but the place was nice, so that didnt change my opinion of the place itself .

I called tonight to see if the theater was following the Hillsborough and Tampa orders regarding masks and was informed by the employee they were not. I asked for the general managers name and all she would say is Tim as she is not allowed to give out his last name. We wont be going to the movies

Great AMC! Clean restrooms and plenty of concession choices. Theater seating is awesome with plenty of leg room and space. Staff was helpful and nice. The only issue we see here is that AMC needs to monitor what commercials they run prior to the movie starting when showing a kid and family movie.

The theater was okay when it comes to old time standards, nowadays you have reclining seats and more cushions, otherwise it was fine.

The theater was empty, yet it was arguably the most disruptive movie night Ive had in a long time. There were teenagers literally running up and down the aisles. Cell phone flashes like fireworks. It was disgusting........we asked for a credit to come back during the day.......(....delinquents rarely get out of bed till noon and their eyes dont adjust to bright lights until 5pm or so....) instead they gave us our money back. Which was awesome!! We now have full permission never to go back to this zoo! ........and if you have kids like this.....beatem or use contraceptives!!

Very nice and clean theater. The staff was very fast and friendly. The popcorn at this one was actually whole popcorn and not a bunch of small pieces from the bottom! The seat were very comfortable. It is a very nice place to watch movies. I love the old cars on the roof above the entrance too!

This theater is nice. I was able to walk right up to the ticket holder and have my phone scanned for my online ticket order. The popcorn was fresh, and the drinks werent flat. I arrived early, so I didnt have a problem finding my seat. Some guests on the row in front of me were asked to go to their ordered seats by one of the employees. It was done reasonably, so that was cool just in case thats me looking for my place one day. The stadium seats are entirely different from any other theater that I have ever been to. The seats vibrate, shake, and move to the scenes in the film. The restroom was also clean. My only complaint is that the seats dont recline in 2018. Summary- A good theater that I will return too for my next action movie.

One of the best theaters I have been to. Beer and wine are sold here. Great place to go on a date or as a family. Kids actually enjoy the atmosphere. Wonderful selection of snacks/toppas. Very clean!!!! The theme is amazing. Decorated in a 1950 theme.

I have definitely been to nicer theaters and more that were not as nice as this one.Never experienced picture or sound quality issues at this theater ( out of a dozen or so visits).Typical popcorn, 20% whole kernels that always are on the top and 80% crushed and half popped kernels.Service seems to be a little slow at the concessions. However, they do appear to offer fancy popcorn (coated with caramel or chocolate). That will definitely make the half cooked popcorn better.

Nice clean theater! We went to see the Joker. We had yummy popcorn and drinks from the concessions. Everything was quick and easy, from parking to getting tickets, to snacks and finally relaxing in the theater. Its a nice place to see a movie.

The theater was nice and clean and not too crowded. The popcorn was some of the best Ive had. I will definitely be back for watching other movies here.

A great place to catch the latest movies. One day a movie theater will learn that the exorbitant food prices are what keeps most people from going to the movies. Charge reasonable prices and many will flock for dinner AND a movie instead of just the movie.

Its a good theater but starting to get a bit outdated on the appearance. Movie equipment is spot on so viewing experience is top tier as one would expect from an AMC but a little work on the exterior would make it a real experience again. Dont get me wrong, its the only theater I use in the area. Lots of movies playing at different times so always have options.

It was really nice. We saw bad boys for life and it was a great movie. There were not a great deal of people there, which is what I like. I hate crowded movie theaters. We were really comfortable. The theater was clean and the staff was very pleasant.

Popcorn here was really good. They let you pump more butter if you want it. The people behind the counter was fast and efficient. I got in line thinking Im going to be here forever but that was not the case. In and out in like 10 mins. The only bad thing I have to say about this place that their bathrooms were dirty other than that go here and enjoy yourselves.

I remember I used to go here all the time but it doesnt feel the same now. Its like AMC headquarters forgot about it. Other AMCs are getting renovated with better experiences but looks like this one was left behind.

We paid $7 for a large drink and they didnt let us get a refill.

Theaters have been clean. Food has been fresh (popcorn). Staff was very attentive with answering questions for my first time using my A-List membership.

Only AMC theatre in Tampa area offering D-Box seating. This is equal to virtual rides at theme parks that have moving seats, except these seats have adjustable intensity for your viewing pleasure. If you enjoy “living” the movie then D-box is for you and its only found here!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Great popcorn. Cool people. And AMAZING $5.00 TUESDAYS!!! What else can you ask for?! They have slushy machines in a bunch of different flavors too.

A list is a great moneysaver and get to see 3 movies a week! The staff here are friendly and the theaters are nice. Location is very convenient for me too.

I moved from Arizona, where 99% of AMC theaters have been upgraded to recliner seats. Unfortunately that’s not the case in Florida. The seats certainly makes a difference in how much I enjoy the movie. With the old seats still at this theater, I don’t watch movies as often in theaters any more ever since I moved. I hope they upgrade soon!!

Really nice theater, especially since its on the older side of tech. We saw Hobbs & Shaw in D-Box and that was a lot of fun. The D-Box seats were comfortable but get there early and go to the restroom before you sit down. The seats have almost no legroom so people have to stand up in order get out of the aisle.As for the regular seats I didnt pay much attention but they looked pretty standard. Another plus for the D-Box, you dont have to share an armrest and you get your own cup holder.The quality of the picture was good, I usually go to the Veterans 24 and Id say the viewing experience was comparable.The restrooms were large, clean and well stocked.The concession stand was busy but the line went relatively quickly. The had a large number of alcoholic beverages available including beer and wine. The popcorn was fresh and it seemed their candy selection was more diverse than other AMCs. The area was very tidy.

This theater offers excellent hospitality and great service. Their snacks are garanteeed to be served hot and fresh. The movie theater itself it is very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a movie.

Its a beautiful cinema. The sellers are very friendly and the seats very comfortable. The only thing I dont like is the smell of stale popcorn.

One of the most fun places to see a movie. Great stadium seating and amazing surround sound. More then just popcorn and hot dogs, they have a outstanding menu for you to snack on during the movie.

I liked this theater, you can see her age but it was super clean. Movie quality great. Concessions really pricey and popcorn just okay, but a nice alternative to the Cobb. We will return.

As if theater meals are not already expensive enough....They have modified the meals to be way more expensive and isolated choices and sizes to justify it. They had a better selection before. I usually spend about $25 to $35 on just food and drinks each trip and this new meal set up is horrible!

Good movie theater - its both kid and adult friendly. Seating is good for everyone, the concession stand even sells some alcoholic beverages, and there is a small arcade to pass some time in.

This is my new favorite theater. There is plenty of seating for all different sorts of films. They have 3D and regular. Its usually very clean and I always get seating because its just so huge. We recently downloaded the AMC Highwoods app and were very surprised at how much money it actually saved us.

I enjoy catching a movie here. Im really glad that AMC took over the old theater a few years ago, bringing perks like a membership program with special discounts and rewards for members. I think they keep the theater pretty clean and pretty good shape, especially considering it is at least 20 years old

Movie was pretty standard. We saw IT 2. Theater had cloth seats which is a con. Biggest thing I took away from the experience was while ordering concessions I watched an employee leave the bathroom with a broom and waste pan only to walk straight to the concession area where he swept the floors with the same bathroom broom and then to my horror swept the popcorn and trash off the counters. WITH THE SAME BROOM FROM THE BATHROOM. Really makes you think. Do people have any common sense anymore? If you go here whatever you do at least don’t set your popcorn or food on the counter areas

It was WAY too loud but the theatre is beautiful and it wasnt busy so nice and relaxed experience. We saw Avengers: Endgame on a Wednesday two weeks after it came out so Im sure it wouldve been chill no matter where we went

The staff is friendly, bathrooms are halfway decent (clean), but the seats are out dated, dirty, torn, and uncomfortable in theater 10. It soooooo needs a remodel and shouldnt be a problem with their money profit.

Great theatre! A few months ago there was an issue with a power outage during movie and they sent us free tickets to come back. Today had an issue with my birthday reward and manager made it right without a complaint! Great service here!

I go here a lot. The front desk service is good. Never had an unpleasant experience. Prices are reasonable and they offer student and military discounts. Individual theatres are always clean, although not as updated as AMC veterans but the price difference explains that. Restrooms are clean as well. The decor is nice and unique. Movie selection is nice but international movies are few and far between. I go here for the overall atmosphere which is relaxed.

I had a great time at this theater - once, I had ordered a ticket through fandango and apparently it had the wrong time and wrong showing in general. The employee who scanned out tickets and her manager fixed the situation by getting us into the next show and gave us two free movie tickets for the inconvenience- which was so sweet! I came again (I am now a premiere member) when visiting the area to see family & had a great experience.

This AMC theater location is conveniently located off of Bruce B Downs Boulevard in lower New Tampa. The selection of movies is good and the facility is very clean and well maintained. The seating is comfortable and spacious with good sound and projection quality. The staff is also helpful and courteous. It did take long to purchase tickets today due to a technical problem. I would definitely recommend this theater.

It’s an amazing place. It has good vibes and allows for a lot of fun with family/friends. The theatres are almost always clean and I always go here. They’re arcade is lots of fun, they have a variety of snacks and drinks, and I loooove their photo booth.

This is an older movie theater with standard amenities. They offer beer and wine at concessions. Everytime Ive gotten concessions, lines are very long and service is slow. It seems things could be run a little more effeciently. For example, when someone orders popcorn, the employee taking the order walks back bags the popcorn and then serves it. During peak times someone should be dedicated to bagging popcorn so orders can be expedited.

Good theater that has been serving the community for years. Courteous staff and always showing current movies.

My favorite place. The only thing is if we have a big group we have to get there early to sit together since there is not reserved seats. Food is very good and employees are awesome. Come here at least twice a week.

This is my favorite movie theater. The chairs are fairly comfortable when they arent broken, its usually not busy at all, and it has a nice selection of movies.its not the cleanest looking place but its not enough to be grossed out about either. Overall, I like this movie theater.

Its an older theatre, but still on good shape. Staff was pleasant, food was good.The seats needs some refurbishing, replacement and upgraded.Next time I go Ill be sure to dress appropriately. It was COLD. I went with someone that thoughts on extreme A/C and even he was cold.

Great place!! Love the 50s decor! Cozy! Bathroom was very clean. Looks like they are remodeling/reworking a kids playroom, and theres a small arcade in this theater.

Big comfy seats, sweetheart double seats, good food choices (if you eat meat), regular movie eats too. I went midweek & it was me, my wife & 1 other guy. I loved that the volume was reasonable, when I expected it to be blaring. Usually, I have to ask for the volume to be reduced, but it was perfect! Staff was attentive and helpful. Theater was clean, bathroom clean & fully stocked.

The only downside is the wifi is always messed up. I can never sign into the AMC alistar wifi never works. Other then that its great

Very Nostalgic. Love this theatre. I have been going to this theater since i was a kid. Whether it was a way to kick off the weekend or to chill and hangout with family and friends or find some solice on a solo trip to a movie, this theatre is the one to go. Employees are great, food is a little pricey though. If you are looking for a movie experience that ends in a walk under epic stars as you walk out to your car in the parking lot, then you have found a theater to relax, make memories, and ride through the imagination of your favorite blockbuster hits in the New Tampa area! Best days to go are on Tuesdays because tickets are $5!

Enjoyed the quite location. Popcorn and soda very over priced as it is with most movie theaters. Will definitely visit this location again.

Went see BAD BOYS 3 in D-Dox. That was a different yet fun experience. Plus I left my phone in bathroom went back almost an hour later the staff let me back to get it.

Movie selection is the latest and greatest. I saw Overcomer. A great family movie. Theatre is getting a little worn. Need some small upgrades.

The seats can be a little more comfy but we like the theater. When we had an issue the manager resolved it right away. The concession prices could be a little cheaper but I rewards program is really good.
