Arrived around noon. Cost is perfect with the upgrade potential for both facilities.Only complaints were:1) The bathrooms were not clean and there is no toilet paper anywhere or paper towels.2) Turn off the AC when it is not hot out, having the air blowing over us is not pleasant when trying to sit and enjoy the movie and scenery.Crowd was wonderfully friendly, and I recommend bringing a friend or inviting someone who is also kinky and enjoys this sort of thing.

It says couples welcome but truthfully it was kinda creepy. Not a big selection and way over priced. Didnt make it upstairs and not sure I even wanted to. Probably wont return. Did meet a new friend and thats about the only good that possibly came from the visit. Also the kid gathering trash outside was really creepy, in a stalker ish kinda way. And if u do visit trust me hold your bladder. Grossest bathroom ever

I was told to visit this place while in Tampa.. This is my experience....In my opinion this is a den for old gays, closet gays, trannys and fat men.. This is not a place for the typical swinger or adult theater visitor. The place is dark and stuffy, smells like mildew,furniture smells like they took it from the side of the road.. And if that wasnt bad enough, the few minutes I was there, around every corner is just men hanging out like zombies. Shuffling from room to room every 3 minutes, all in all a creepy situation. It may only cost 8 bucks, but if you are a swinger with some sort of class is steer clear of this place..
