Went there to see a old friend and take her to dinner...the place looked like it has some potential...if I was running the place, Id be passing out paint brushes...thats really all the place needed...I am surprised that property owners simply dont understand how much a coat of paint can improve a places appearance...especially if you work out a arraignment with your renters about upkeep and maintainance. Faded and peeling paint makes a place look junky...folks dont treat it respectfully...but if you give them something decent to call home...they...or at least the Right Kind Of Folks...will want to keep it decent...a gallon of paint costs ~$20...and is well worth it.
My best friend lives there I have visited there very many times and the neighbors are very friendly and you are very close to the bank store anything you want within walking distance l highly recommend this place . l live their now
I live next to this park and it is one big party over there all day, all night. Loud music, so loud you hear it from Fowler Ave. The other reviews are written by off-site management to lure unsuspecting quiet working people, they would never get any rest . Its a dope hole full of nut checks who never have anything to worry about. This is NOT A QUIET NICE PLACE.
No good
Friend people. Some have beautiful landscapes.
It is quiet little place to live. Traffic is bothersome. Florida Ave is busy.
Never been here Ive been to Glen Oaks yes
Nice village...Quiet
Quiet management bad but tenants very good
From what Ive seen it look okay. But thats just me.
