This is definitely one of the better parks just outside of the city. Very clean, friendly staff. The pool is nice, basketball court and tennis courts in great condition. Great for local family fun outside. Definitely recommended

Nice pool, nice looking grounds for socced. Only drawback is the playground area is for smaller children only. The restrooms close when the pool does.

Bad but good

Every summer i have gone down to sehr, and its really nice. Currently they are fixing an object in the playground. Bathrooms and changing rooms are clean. And the lifegaurds make an effort to get to know your names and stuff.

I only gave 1 star because you have too in order to write a review. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RENTING THE ALVORD HOUSE AT SEHR PARK TO ANYONE!!!!!! It was 200 dollars for the rental of the property. When we arrived there was mouse drippings in the chairs that my aunt personally cleaned off. Being that i served food that was a huge turn off!!!!! THE BUILDING HAD NO AIR CONDITIONING OR FANS PROVIDED. You would think for 200 dollars and the weather for that day the town of salina could at least warn you, but for that price the building should definitely have AC my whole baby shower was rushed due to how hot the building was. AND MORE IMPORTANTLY MY CAKE WHICH WAS BUTTERCREAM MELTED BECAUSE OF HOW HOT IT WAS IN THE BUILDING.There is a room in the house right near the front entrance with no door! And the room was filled with old ran down furniture i had to personally provide a tarp to cover that area, again for 200 dollars i should not have had to do that. Lastly, i wasnt even going to complain about how the building wasnt worth 200 dollars, they wanted us to remove our own trash, which i did not because again for 200 dollars trash removal should be included and so should air Conditioning, they used the fact that i didnt take my trash and that i didnt vacuum as their excuse to why they didn’t return my 50 dollar deposit, MIND YOU THEY DID NOT PROVIDE A VACUUM!!!! I guess i was supposed to provide the vacuum to after spending a total of 250 to rent out this out dated, extremely hot venue. And lets not forget the mouse drippings i dont care for the 50 dollar deposit its the principal for 200 dollars o expected a better venue and better service from the town of salina as far as AC and trash removal, i could understand if the rental was 60 dollars because that is all it was worth honestly.

Tennis courts, 1 B-ball court, pool! Toddler to 6yr old playground! Soccer field n pavilion w tables near the pool n play area. All around decent park. Only lacking climbing or play structure for kids over 5 or 6.

Not a good place for adults to have a picnic or a good time the kids have no respect the rap music blasting all the time drugs going on and littering total disrespect all the way around lived around there for years would not suggest it for anybody. Except for the hood rats that already took it over

Full pool. Huge field for soccer or other sports. Small park for kids. Basketball and tennis courts. It is a park, what more is there to say!?

Mehh, its OK. Not much here except for an open field and a swimming pool for summer use. The field tends to be wet and muddy. Theres usually a set of soccor/lacrosse nets set up if youre into that. Not really worth a trip here unless youre a local and looking for a place to let your dog run.

A super creepy guy lives in the little light brown house by pool and watches the kids. With a camera or cell phone.

Nothing to do and the teenagers have ruined the places to sit at.

Pool was closed and not much for a 3 year old yo do and got crowed with teens driving in lot fast and rude who were hanging b- ball court
