Very easy to get to, get in and have great seat for a great concert. The venue is very easily adequate for music, theater and other performances. Sound is very inviting, even though I wear noise reducing plugs. Not positively sure, but I think you can see the stage from everywhere.

The seats are pretty awesome, and there isnt a bad view. They mattered the height so no one is in your way. There seats for a little uncomfortable towards the end, but there wasnt an intermission at the show I was at, so that may have played a part. My one suggestion is to stop selling concessions that have crinkly packaging. Someone behind us are several bags of chips the whole time.

Saw Jeff Dunham here 3/14/19. Floor seats, they had us packed in like sardines, greedy to get the few extra expensive seats in, rather than the audience being comfortable. It was ridiculous how packed in we were. Surrounded by large people who took up my share of MY seat. Smh. Would be better off not on floor, thought I was doing a special thing paying more for these seats.

Their audio was muffled and low. You couldnt understand a good percentage words. The sound board guy didnt know how to level mics as the interviewer (after the movie) was considerably quieter than the guest. Also, the guests mic was broken and was never repaired through the hour long interview.

Symphoria is great, but trying to figure out what each venue is near impossible, wish they took the time to be more descriptive as to what is going on and what is being played during each show. Vagueness in the description hurts them. Ordering is okay.

Some of the food was really good... like anything bang bang shrimp was awesome. The lobster special was overrated. The lobster tale was really small. It looked big and the presentation was pretty but that was about it. However, I wanna get everything else on the menu. The ppl at my table had a nice assortment of foods and only the lobster tail was so so.Will definitely go back tho....the service was amazing. The waiters were quick and courteous and had little to no problem dividing out our huge bill.Fun. Yummy. Good experience

Went to my first ballet last night and saw the Moscow Ballet Nutcracker and was totally blown away. The professional dancers were absolutely brilliant and the local dancers, including the young children, were very talented and entertaining. How proud their parents must be. Yes there were a few mistakes but that just adds to the excitement of a live show. The costumes were amazing and the sets were beautiful although I was a little disappointed there wasnt a live orchestra. There were some negative aspects that took away from the experience number one being the venue. Onadaga County should be embarrassed. The seats were some of the most uncomfortable ones I have ever sat in plus they were jammed together worse than airplane seats and the theater appears to be a work in progress that will never be completed. Other than that and listening to the man behind us crinkle his peanut bag and the woman next to him continually complaining about the music not being correct it was a fantastic performance.

Its time to update the seating, its like a high school auditorium. if the movie tavern can give you plush seating for $15 I think we deserve better than a faux velvet covered wooden plank for $100. not to mention every time someone needs to take a leak they have to crawl over every person between them and the aisle. the show was great but the seating is garbage. If the tickets were $10 Id sit on the floor and say thank you but thats not the case

It was my first time going there and the layout was very straight forward. The staff was very nice and helpful. The theatre was much larger than I thought it would be from the outside... I attended the Moscow Ballets Nutcracker in 2018.The dance troop was wonderful. However the parking offered for the venue was quite a walk from the center esp in December weather, dressed up, and the advertised enclosed cross-walk to get into the adjasent building to make the treck indoors was locked. The theater itself was the most austere I have ever seen and reminds one of a parking garage. The stage is too small for the poor dancers who can barely complete two leaps without practically landing in the audience. That or they must do them in short bursts making the moves look less graceful and choppy. The worst part of the evening was not the cold cramped seating but the abomination the management aparently feels passes as a sound system. It was horrid and I felt so bad for the troop up there giving it their all while we cowered from the noise with ALL the sound coming from above center stage and blaring at you from wasted speakers. I could see their looks of dismay as to our lack of reaction to their eforts, but it was not them that dissapointed...it was the god awful sound sysem! No effort what-so-ever to achieve a more humane and professional stereo or surround sound effect by distributing the sound around the theater was made. It was our first Nutcracker and unless they do something about this theater/auditorium, it will be our last in Syracuse for I will travel elsewhere to a better managed venue to see shows of this nature from now on rather than endure this again. If I were the Ballet I would pass Syracuse up rather than insult my troop by performing on that pathetic stage. In fact the buildings entrance or a college gym would have been an improvement in all regards sad to say.

Took my 2 Year old son to see Sesame Street Live. Small, Clean, and Well laid out theater. It was perfect because I didnt get lost lol. The show was awesome, staff were really nice. I noticed they had Stroller Courtesy Services, as well as wheelchair Courtesy Services. I was able to get picked up right in front of the theater despite the big trucks taking up the small block. Im not sure about parking as I took an Uber that day. However it looks like parking would be limited, I do know they have a Parking lot, not really sure of the size. All and all I would go back for another show.

They have had some great shows here but weve been three times in a few months and were disappointed each time. We were at a movie screening and the screen they use is way too small for the size of the venue, imagine watching tv from your backyard (also, the interviewer was awful but I dont know how much I can blame the venue for that guy.) Then, at the rock show we went to, the sound was horrible from the mezzanine boxes! In addition, I purchased all four of the seats in this box only to have them add two more which was absolutely not the point. If there had been six seats in that box when the tickets went on sale I would have bought all six. Lastly, I went to Laser Floyd (a laser light show set to the music of Pink Floyd). Again we bought particular seats with a purpose in mind only to have them shut down the mezzanine. They gave the excuse that, there are lasers up there so we cant have people in those seats. The truth, however, was that they didnt sell enough tickets to the show so they didnt want to open, and in turn clean the mezzanine. Dont lie to me, Im not naive. Overall I dont know that I will go to another show here without a real compelling reason.

We went to see Kevin James at the Oncenter Theater and they added a whole new section in front of us! We had purchased third row center tickets and they added an orchestra pit series of seats (aa,bb,cc, and etc.) We were off to the side and like 15 plus rows back. I specifically picked seats with seating chart so I knew exactly where they were supposed to be. Textbook bait and switch!! What a scummy practice to pass off. I purchased these back in February and am highly dissatisfied. No real way to complain either. What scumbags.....

These stagehands are so lazy. They sit around doing nothing and causing issues for there clients. These Union stagehands are why the stagehand union wont last. Just milking the clock and unnecessarily costing small theater groups tons of money. All the other unions get bad names from these people. There are only two guys working really. Everybody else is just sitting around trying to get paid for nothing.

I was front row, center to see John Cleese. The seats were nice and comfortable. The support staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was wheelchair accessible. I would definitely attend another event at this venue. My only complaint is that th Oncenter owns three buildings all next to each other. As a person unfamiliar with the venue and the area, I found myself and at least five other couples having to check the doors of two buildings before locating the site. This one issue will not affect my rating. I was very happy once I got inside.
