Excellent indoor trampoline park. Lots of space, friendly staff. Even has a day long kids program for just 20 dollars.Highly recommend.

Kids had a blast! Theyve made a few changes since first opening so it was like a new experience. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very lively. Lots of options for play, and areas to take a break are available, as well. The staff is fantastic. They are safety minded, friendly and approachable. The guy running the winter break camp was a breath of fresh air. He kept an eye on everything, made sure the kids were accounted for, had a snack, some game times, etc.Very few issues that I could see. Its definitely crowded and it can take quite a while to get a snack from the snack shack. We will be back, for sure.

Lots of fun. Friendly, accessible staff. A variety of things to do. Havent tried the snack bar yet, but have gone for a birthday party and they have private sections with a view over pretty much everything.Definitely returning. Kids wont give me much choice, lol.

Toddler Time is a great deal at $8/hr. They mark your time in on the half hour so arrive on the hour or half past to get your full hour. Place seems well maintained and my four year old had a blast. You will have to purchase their special socks. We thought any socks would do and didnt realize until we were already on the trampoline that they require their special socks. It wasnt a problem and the worker got us some to wear.

Came with 4 kids during mid winter break from school and was worried the place would be packed and not very much fun. Boy was I wrong it was very busy but it is laid out very well and the kids had an amazing time. Made new friends and bounced till they couldnt move anymore. Sky zone is a little further from me then get air but sky zone was almost half the price and still a very good value. Plan to take the kids back again and again. The staff is great with kids of all ages. Highly recommend it

I just visited for the first time and I LOVE it here! It is an awesome place for the kids to jump around like animals and burn some energy!There is a bunch of new stuff like ariel silks and a American Warrior wall to climb.My daughter (8) had so much fun and so did I!Reasonably priced (you buy minute long packages- 30/60/90) and a small fee for the special grippy socks. Military discount is free socks.Will definitely be back!

It has times when you can have a group for like birthday partys. Both of my grandchildren had them there, it was a great place for them to have fun and burn off excess energy. I cant tell how many birthday parties that they went to this year there, I have yet to hear of one that they didnt have fun. They have rooms for you can have pizza, drinks and birthday cake it was a pleasant experience.

I knew there was glow jump starting at 8pm. We didnt realize that would mean we would lose out on 15 minutes bc we showed up at 715. Had to buy a special shirt for $5.00 if we wanted to participate in that or should have known to wear fluorescent.Now we know, but we did not and were not happy.

This place is great. Toddler time on Sunday mornings is great for the little ones. Highly recommend checking this place out.

This past Sunday, my husband and I hosted our 10 year old sons Birthday party at SkyZone on Erie Boulevard. All the kids had a blast! Our Birthday party host, Gavin, made our party extra special. He went above and beyond our past experience and expectations! His professionalism and fun spirit were a great mix to make our party extra special! Great job SkyZone and Gavin, you have earned a return customer!

Kids loved it and surprisingly not total chaos with the number of kids. A+++ for having a toddler 1-4 area (12 plus trampolines) for just the little ones. Awesome idea!

A lot of fun for the kids, this one has different layout than the one we have in DC. Good price, kids had fun, safety precautions in place, but I couldnt give a 5th star with difference in play areas.

The staff is on you for everything. I was leaning against the wall with my kid who was jumping and was told i cant lean there. Had to lean on the non bouncy part only. I cant even remotely go up and down the trampoline without the ire of the staff. They also told kids only one kid per space jumping. Do yourself a favor and go to GetAir instead. Much more laid back than skyzone.

Paid for an hour for my 2 kids 12 and 13 to play dodgeball we have been here for 45 min still not in the right age group. Get air is a much better run and organized place for kids never have I watched my kids sit for 45+ min to do anything deff not what we paid 38$ for here is were I would say check out the pictures of my kids playing but I have none.. 3:47 so they just got in 4:08 there time is up after a 40plus min wait we wont have enough time for the kids to play a second round

Kids had a great time. Son had a minor accident, and was promptly attended to. However, the kiosks where you sign in must have been installed by Kareem Abdul Jabar. I had to stand on my tippy toes to read it.

I took my 2 kids with another mom & kid. It was expensive, because we went with the 2 hour package ($22/person plus another couple bucks for socks) but it was a lot of fun. The kids all had a blast. It was well-staffed and everything was clean and tidy. We brought a lot of water but there are free drinking fountains so I would leave that in the car next time instead of taking up a bunch of locker space. The kids were 9, 11, and 12 and all broke a sweat. My two say they have sore abs today from all of the jumping :-)

While spending the day with my grandson Jake we checked out Full Throttle Indoor Karting, looks really cool but he is too young. So we stopped next door at Skyzone. After completing the needed paperwork, I thought 30 minutes, but Jake said an hour. After a few minutes he was back on the sidelines with me. This is allot of fun, and it really gives you a work out. He went right back in. He found that he really enjoyed the Dodge Ball Arena. The hour passed by so fast. I am sure he would have had more fun with a friend. The drinks and food were reasonably priced. Great for birthdays, and there were several while we were there.

A fantastic experience, and really great with groups of people! My fraternity visits here nearly every year and has had great experiences consecutive years in a row. A fun time, and excellent service! Cant wait for next year.

My (adult) friends and I went here and had the most fun time. They try to separate the kids and adults the best they can but we didnt mind being with the kids. Really fun place and reasonably priced.

What happened to this place? New management? Dead like six kids and 3 miserable workers. Bad 90’s rock music. Manager aloof and unconcerned. Too bad...this place used to be awesome. Riley ran it right.

My kids love it here! Very easy to navigate and the staff is all about safety. They keep the rule breaking to a minimum and you can tell theyre on top of things. I would highly recommend this place for a rainy day activity or for a party!

Kids liked it kinda. They like get air better because of the obstacle course but it was a good way to get the kids out and have some fun

This is a great place to take the kids for good family fun. The set up here is great and they really try to keep kids safe. The food and drinks are a little overpriced but the overall experience was pretty great. My kids loved it! Thanks for the good times. Definitely recommend

The service was very nice ( I recommend josh) and the foam pits didnt go too far but not too low either and a lot of the stuff was relatively new.

Fun can be had by all. Obviously weekend are busier. Plan accordingly.

So much fun watching the kids try to conquer the course challenges and especially the wall!

Great place I just didnt like that smaller children were throwing the blocks at the older ones and neither parents or workers did anything.

So this a great place, but I have one major gripe. Upon entry, I had to fill out a waiver. I am guessing this is for liability? I totally understand that seeing as to how people want to blame everything but themselves for being idiots. So why are there still so many rules? I understand the safety issue, but in my opinion, this took most the fun out of it. For example, it was my 2 year olds birthday. I would love to be able to have jumped with him, or held his hand while jumping. Upon doing something wrong, you are pinpointed and sought out, even if you stop, to be told youve broken a rule. This alone would make me not want to come back. Like I said the kids had fun, but it feels more like we were in kindergarten getting scolded every 5 minutes than a place to jump and have fun. I would recommend going to Billy Beez in Destiny mall instead. They still have staff on board and regulate safety, but you can still enjoy yourself after having paid to do so.

Great place to bounce and let loose. This all ages and Family friendly place. Kids and adults who just dont want to grow up can experience pure joy in every bounce. This place is amazing the staff is super professional and are monitoring the area at all times. They have birthday packages, food court, and ninja warrior obstical courses.

Older children kept coming into the toddler area. Unsupervised children running around out of control. If you must, I recommend bringing younger children during the week. I brought my 3 year old on a Saturday. Big mistake.

Great place to let your kids burn off extra energy. Clean, affordable, and they keep trying new things. An even better place to ha e a play date with friends you’d rather not have over to your house.

We have visited sky zone a few times. One time my nephew got hurt while jumping there. The staff was very accomadating and checked in with us several times making sure he was ok and did not need anything. We appreciate it greatly and feel that thats the way it should be handled children first!

We go for toddler time. Its fun for the kids, they really enjoy it. Some of the equipment is pretty worn out though, it could use some freshening up. The price is decent for the fun that the kids have.With all the rules that they enforce there though, there should be better regulations on ages of kids allowed to participate in toddler time. 7 year old, wild little boys running over my small toddlers is NOT ok. Im very displeased with this, enough to not go back.

The kids had fun, but it was VERY chaotic. On the trampolines they have a rule of only one jumper per trampoline but there was only 1 person watching and there was no way to keep that rule in place...definitely needs to be at least 3 employees watching that area. Also the trampoline pit area, I was trying to keep my kids waiting their turn but someone kept cutting in front of them and the employee watching was always looking elsewhere. I know its hard to watch/see everything all the time, especially when its super chaotic, but I feel there are a lot of rules and they are not always enforced.

I took my kids during spring break to Sky Zone. They have been open here for about 5 months and this was our first visit. The place consists of a several areas to bounce on. The main area is an area of roughly 8ft squares that one person can use at a time, there are 3 other areas that were designated for dodge ball, a foam pit to jump into and 2 basketball hoops with a trampoline where you get one shot per turn. My 7 year old hated it as it was noisy and overwhelming for him. My 10 year old loved it and after 1 hour was sweaty and tired. While I did see very young children there, it would seem ideal for kids a little older (7+). I recommend visiting the website before visiting the location to fill out a waiver (you can do it there, but it can be a pain if you are trying to keep kids in check). Since this was out first visit to anything like this I dont know what is a fair price, but to me it was a little pricy, but I think a 2 hour visit is as much as any kid would want to do.

They were amazing!! Even when we didnt follow directions and ordered too many for the wrong day they fixed it! Would do longer than an hour next time for sure!

My grandson loves the place! The staff is efficient, accommodating, and composed of well trained young people. It appears to be clean and maintained in a safe manner.

My kids had a blast! We stayed for about 3 hours. The whole place is a trampoline basically. There are rooms that u can do different events in. For example they have a BBall court, soccer, race track. For the smaller children theres an area with big blocks of foam that they can utilize for summer salts, hiding, or just bouncing like crazy. Very clean environment.

If this place isnt a joke what is. Everything my son did was wrong to these people. The shut down the only baby part they have then keep saying your son can only be in this little part but yet the big kids are jumping around him knocking him down. Id give this place a 0No way in hell big kids should be jumping with 2 and 3 year olds

We held a birthday party here. Saturdays are busy, and check in can be a little chaotic, but once we were assigned our party planner everything was handled very smoothly. Check in is the only reason I would not give this a five star review for a birthday party, however there were multiple birthday parties, and they were able to get the party areas turned over very quickly. The staff was wonderful, very upbeat and friendly.

We brought nine children for a birthday and had a blast. They assigned a staff member to our party and she made it happen with ease. I definitely recommend it. And of course, trampolines everywhere. Just don’t sit in the massage chairs without paying!!!

Fun for all ages!

Great activity for kids whose parents do not actually wish to participate with children. Went with our 3 kids under 5 we were told we could bounce along side them so we paid $15.00 each for the hubs and I. We could actually only bounce on the other side of the room which was very large. It was pointless. There is decent supervision however, so if you want to dump your children onto some teenage strangers and sit on the bleachers playing on your iPhone, you will have lots of company! If you are looking for a fun family activity, this is not it.

Tip the hosts for birthday parties! They did a great job for my sons party they clean and serve food and drinks. I didnt like that dogeball wasnt open for the full jump, but the kids still had a good time. For smaller children there is not much to do. Suggest taking kids 11 and older here. Very open and friendly environment made by the staff.

Loved it! Had a party for two of my kids here and the hosts are very interactive and I didnt have to lift a finger! Make sure to tip the hosts! I didnt know I could but I asked because they serve as if its a restaurant. Excellent experience.

Kids and adults had a lot of fun! They have a little obstacle course, multiple trampoline zones and a couple of American ninja style run up ramps.

Your kids will love it, so you might as well just do it when you get the chance. Your kids will give this a 5 star rating every time. For parents, its just expensive. You have to buy the SkyZone socks for everyone jumping. You have to wait for timed slots to jump. The snacks are Disney world overpriced. Its a really expensive hour (or however long you pay for). Budget it out in advance.
