Amazing. Inexpensive & my boys love it. We got a membership for real cheap. Its our new saturday thing to do. Than out to eat because its located at Destiny. Highly recommend for kids & adults.

The 1/2 off discount on Wednesday is what makes this worth it. The kids and me probably went through the circuit a total of 10 times. Great tourist attraction and good staff.Would be nice if people paid attention to the rules. I saw two incidents happen because slower drivers are ignoring or somehow not seeing the blue flag. One was a crash of 4 cars.Sadly, the shopping mall itself is a huge let down...but this place is pretty good.

Great fun and not very expensive

Expensive for not much time to race. Also saw a couple be denied when their turn to race came and on top of that denied a refund? What kind of business practice is that? If you have a customer pay, and than deny them the service, than refund them!?

The raceway was exciting. Huge track. Arcade and big screens to show you all racer information. Will definitely be back.

A bit scary/fast but really fun!

My boyfriend is obsessed with Pole Position raceway. We have made multiple trips from PA to NY just to go to the mall so he can race here. Its definitely a blast and its fun even just to watch.

This place was great! It is super fun. The arcade machines are decent too. The cars went so fast, I thought I was on a real racetrack (technically I was). 40MPH. You can even name yourself. It is fun, I recommend this place for a birthday, especially if your child likes racecars.

We had a great time at this Syracuse speeding racing track. The staff is great and they make sure everyone is safe. They keep the adults off the track when the kids race which is a good idea. I bring the kids here for V17 Racing in Syracuse all the time. It is great just to watch but them I have get in on the action too at the end.

If you want a place to bring the entire family for fun time, I highly recommend this Syracuse cart-racing track. We bring our kids and their friends here a few times per year and everyone has a great time competing including the adults. The adults do not race with the kids which most of us think is a good thing. Go kart racing is where many professional racers start out. Who knows one of these kids may be the next Kurt Busch.

This place is fun and very safe. I never worry when my kids are our there racing electric go-carts in Syracuse at Pole Position Raceway. I would much rather have them on the track than riding around on a roller coaster or Ferris wheel where they could get hurt.

Great time. It should cost $18 per person as advertised rather than $25 per person. The only reason I wouldnt give this 5 stars is because Deloris couldnt have been more unpleasant upon registering. Im not sure if she hates her job or was having a bad day but she couldnt have cracked one smile? Better greeters please.

Not happy. My friends paid for a race and were denied when our turn came up. Then refused to refund their money. A CLEAR screw up on their error. Very rude to them. Very disrespectful to them verbally.

When it is one of our boys birthdays we always take them racing go karts in Syracuse at Pole Position Raceway. They would rather do this than anything else. I can understand why. It is fast and exciting and requires some skill. The staff is great and makes sure the seatbelts are fastened on every racer and helmets are secure.

First time there. Did not know what to expect, but will definitely be going back.

We have spent many fun hours at Carts racing in Syracuse at Pole Position Raceway. It is good clean fun for everyone. Highly recommended for every member of the family, male of female, young or old.

Of all the motorcycle racing and go kart tracks in Syracuse and the surrounding area this place is the best for the entire family. Whether you are young or old you can have fun riding go karts.

We love this place for riding go karts in Syracuse. We come here with the kids several times per year all the way from Rochester. There are no other electric go karting tract like it.

We had our company party at Pole Position go kart racing in Syracuse. Everyone got involved in the racing including some of the older gals. It was a great time and everyone wants to do it again next year.

My cousin first brought me to racing Karts in Syracuse over five years ago. We have been competing with each other ever since. Because he lives here, and I dont, he has a lot more practice, but it is worth the trip from my home in Oneonta just to race against him and the other karts.

Fun place to have some indoor go cart fun. Great activity among friend or family. Pricey to race and its a very short amount of time. Its a blast nonetheless.

Showed up to race with my son and was told that people under and over 18 cant race together. Nowhere on their site is this mentioned. I do have to wonder what someone having an 18th birthday party would do...

Pole Position is a fantastic place for car/kart enthusiasts like myself to go to release our need for speed and motor-sports competition, especially in the long winter months where our cars are in storage.The only complaint I have is that the members are sometimes put into a race with non-members. This is frustrating not only because we paid to be a member, but also because non-members are novices and are constantly causing problems and slow the others down.They are 100% in customer service in my book. When there is an issue they always do what they can to make it right.

I only got in 4 full laps because they couldnt control other racers apparently. I could have run on my feet for more laps than I got on my kart because I was just coasting around waiting for the employees to figure it out. Next thing I know its the last lap...to put it in perspective, it takes 25 seconds to get around the course when racing. My first lap was 130 sec... the next 80 then 50. Wasnt worth a penny

Fast karts. Helpful staff. $25 to race was worth it!!!

Went there with a dollar to play on an arcade machine and ending up getting like $10 worth of games in. Was a blast.

They would not let me race at the same time as my 14 year old, even though they let me a previous time. They claimed it was because it was busy, but there was hardly anyone there. Will never come again.
