This park is a beautiful fusion of man made and natural elements. It feels like someone studied the philosophy behind japanese gardens before applying it to our native environment because it features and amplifies the beauty of our native plants with careful placement of all elements. This little park is impressive if you are a fan of nature. Theres also plenty of areas for picnics and there is a playground but it is closed tight now due to COVID. I wish i knew who designed this park because i think they need to be recognized and awarded to be honest.

Beautiful park. Loved the trail. The play ground had a great mix of things to do. Loved that it was covered and had plenty of benches for sitting. My daughter adored the stone tables.

Beautiful and well kept park. Sad its closed for covid even though its pretty clear thats political BS. But 5 stars to the hard working crew that have kept the grounds so lovely.

A well maintained neighborhood park feeling like getaway without actually leaving town. We enjoyed an early Sunday stroll stopping to take in the various pavillions, woodland inspired areas, chess stations, wetland conservation boardwalk. The kids play ground is spacious and adorable. The restrooms are clean and tidy.

I love this park. There is plenty of shade and the pathway is large enough to make a long walk or run enjoyable. So glad it has remained open!

Our nature play group meets here weekly. The path is nicely shaded throughout. The grounds are always well kept and free of trash or debris. The restrooms are always clean and properly stocked.

Well maintained park with a pretty walking/biking trail. Im always able to find some shade and a bench to sit on. A number of pavilions to sit and eat lunch at - even grills! Bathrooms & water fountains in the front and back of park

This park makes you feel like you are in the country. It has a half mile paved walking area along with a raised boardwalk. It is very relaxing. There are entrances from two roads making it convenient. Bathrooms are located in both areas. There are playgrounds and picnic areas available.

Love the woods inside the park and the tranquility of the pier lake. Thank you.

My lord probably the most beautiful park ever modern has incredible nature walk tables little nooks to sit and barbeque has a story book feel to it sponge pathway for easy soft walk has to be seen its just an incredible hidden hem. I cannot put it to words great for kids to play have a modern playground

Very nice clean park! Lots of benches and tables thought out. Lots of things for the smaller and bigs kids. As well as a great walking trail. The only reason gave 4 stars, is that if it is hot out really does not have a lot of shade, besides some trees.

Clean, friendly but no playground open due to covid

One of favorite parks. Has a nice little quiet trail. Easy to walk with kids and we enjoy looking at all the turtles and ducks. The parks are always well taken care of and bathrooms are always clean. Very spacious!

Small very very nice place.

Great playground! Theres a separate one for smaller kids and one for larger its great usually not busy unless its right after school when an aftercare usually comes and brings a couple vans full of kids - theres also a nice trail. Its our favorite park in the area.

Great park but needs more shaded areas. We are in south Florida where it gets to be 100 degrees on a normal day but the entire playground is in the sun with ZERO shade. The playground gets so hot to the touch that we are unable to even play. The baby swing area always smells like cat pee so that Stinks, like STINKS other than all that it is a very nice playground for all ages.

This is a nice park that has something for everyone. There is a small playground for children (and big kids, like me ). Trails for exercising or just to walk around and learn about various plants. The bathrooms are clean. Everything in the park is new. Ample parking. Scenic view area overlooking the swamp area. Wheelchair accessible. Great park!

Nice small quiet park but good benches and plaques with information on them

A beautiful, clean, family oriented park that you could spend for hours with family or friends or even by yourself to jog. I hope everybody will keep this park pretty and clean.

Very pretty park and well taken care of. The playground was nice and didnt have any rusty equipment like you find at other parks.

It was so nice Im going to have all my family functions there. Peaceful benches are spread far apart so nobodys on top of anybody. You can actually hear nature talking to you. Beautiful place to be.

Amazing eco friendly park

This park doesnt get too crowded. The path is not concrete, so walking it is comfortable, and there are many shaded spots with picnic tables or benches. The bathroom is clean and the kids area looks quite fun!

The park isnt too big but its very nice. A little outdoor playground for the kids and a track to walk around. Theres a little area you can walk through thats a bit over the river which is pretty cool.

Its a mystery to me how come this park and all other great parks in Port St. Lucie are not more visited. Oak Hammock park is great, just perfect for a weekend morning stroll, dog walk, gathering your thoughts, relaxing, breathing fresh air, staying away from the humid Florida heat, etc. Lots of shadow and trails for a half an hour up to 1H walk. And there is water there too! Would recommend to anyone.

What a great park and trail! My son loves it so much!! Has a lovely trail that cuts through a lake and a small wooded area and has a great playground!

I love this park, the play area is very diversified and there is something for every kid age group. The amazing plus is the pond where my daughters and i can feed the animals which is their favorite part. the park is very clean and well maintained. the green park like my girls call it is definitely our number one park around

Beautiful and peaceful park in sunrise, FL. There is a nice walking path that winds through the park. The park is very clean has mature trees and manicured lawns. There is also a boardwalk that is above a marsh. The bathrooms are the cleanest public bathroom I have ever seen.

Found this park today since our usual one was closed, but so glad we found it. Love that its not grass or sand. And my son loved all the obstacles and slides, and plenty of shaded areas.

It was a fun place for kids, but the bleach let off an awful smell.

This is a great park to bring the kids. The entire park is well maintained it looks like Sunrise really cares about the appearance of this place. There is a nice walking path that is mostly shaded by trees. In the rear of the park is a little pond with all sorts of little creatures for the kids to feed and look at.Generally, it doesnt look like people hang around for no good reason like some other parks. You will feel safe bringing your family here.

Nice park with composite walking path, very easy on the feet! Lots of shade trees so you can walk and keep cool. Sunny areas too so you can get soon if you like. Well maintained natural areas and a childs play area close to 44th Street.

Please stop planting and allowing non-native plants in what is a preserve; crepe myrtle, rhoeo, and royal poinciana, cases in point. These are invasive and this is misleading to the public about what belongs here and is good for the environment.

Small and cozy. Clean and fun for the little ones. Peaceful for adults the trails are relaxing.

Evidently youre not allowed to sit in your vehicle and do paperwork without having the police called on you by the female worker, even after youve had a conversation with her.

Its beautiful with the wildlife to see and learn about its amazing....I love it at Oak Hammock park....the only thing I wish they had was the actual Hammock for parent to relax while the kids play there little heart out.

This park is sooo good, my kids love going there, theres many parks near this area, 3 at the same street within 3 miles, but kids love this, first because its new and clean, second theres many choices of plays. And theres a very nice walk through nature preserve area. You can have it all in one place.

My, Lord. When I tell you this place allowed me to get away and just BE?? Wow. The weather was perfect, the scenery was perfect--its clean, quiet and just all-around a GORGEOUS park. Im so thankful we have something like this!!

Great park for small nice walk with trees

This park is very nice but it DEFINITELY NEEDS MORE COVERAGE. On hot days, all of the playground equipment gets too hot to touch.
