Its a great trail in south Florida, probably one of the more technical parks but overall very fun!

If you love do exercises go to this park with your bike, you can start beginner or go to expert, it is one of the best parks with trails. Well manteinance and good fellows are visiting these trails. You pay only $ 20 per year, this contributions helps to keep trails in good comditions. Pick you bike up and go.

You have to experience the trails here to understand its unique hidden gems and tropical feel.

Very good mix of novice, intermediate and advanced trails. It was my first time on any trail and I got good fun exercise on a Mongoose from Amazon. Low end by MTB standards, but I was able to ride around and get lots of exercise and no repetition.

The bike trails at Markham are the best mix of speed and technicals in South Florida. Great park.

Amazing MTB park for those in all levels. From beginner to expert, there are trails for all.Weekends are especially busy, recommend beginners try to go during the week to avoid heavy traffic on the trails.

I would give it higher rating but I dont know how grest the ride is but from the entrance it looks great. There were many people going to ride it. One day we will try it

The bike trails are great. However the system used at the entry of the trail is very rudimentary. There is no place telling you that you need a pass for the trails. Once you are ready to start eiding you go all geared up with your bike to the trail entrance and there is a person checking passes one by one. There are about 20 people entering at the time. So if you do not have a pass you have to go to the other side of the park and fill out a weiver, pay, and wait for the attendant. It takes a lot of time. They should have an electronic way of checking trail passes and also an online weiver and payment subscription.The trail are great though

Thats no mountain... But its a fun place to ride.

Markham Park has miles of awesome trails, from the novice to double diamond red trails, everybody will be able to ride. lots of the trails and are very flowy, There are picnic benches throughout the park for when you want to rest, they have a bike wash station at the entrance along with an air pump and tools for you to adjust your bike, along with an outdoor shower and water fountain, So it has enough for you to have a blast, bring your bike and have a good time, remember to wear your helmet and ride safe.

Awesome atmosphere, plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy a family fun day.

No matter your level, you will find a fun and challenging trail to ride at Markham. Plus, the community of Mountain Bikers there are amazing.

A diamond in the rough, this is one of the premier mountain bike parks in the USA. The trails are well maintained, clearly marked and provide mild to challenging terrain. There are many events and races to attend at Markham. There is a bike wash, shower and plenty of parking. And just outside the park you have the levees to ride.

May 21 2020. 3.10pm Pandemia time. I drove from Miami-Dade. Mountain Bike trails closed (thunderstorms).I was riding parking/picnic areas. Nice place.

The best trail system south of Alafia and possibly Florida. Clearly marked trails for all levels, a jump line for all levels, paved pump track and a free ride section specific for DJ and bmx. The free ride section has multiple lines with one line offering 14 jumps. Every lip and lander is perfectly shaped. This section can make this park arguably the best park in Florida. Nothing else like it in the state, no not even Grapefruit.

As a novice: Awesome. Fun. Scary. Be careful. Be prepared to crash. Mosquito repellant. Flat tires. For adventurous types, not the faint of heart. But seriously fun. Your bike might get hurt too, so be prepared.

Trails are well kept and maintained. Trails are relatively long and difficult if looking to have a long and exercise full workout. There are also different entry level trails if not so experienced

Great trail maintenance. These trails are always improving. Some challenging trails and great flow throughout the park. I try to ride these trails 3 times a week and always find the trails in top condition.

Super cool place, you get a bit of everything. Bmx rhythm track, dirt jumps, nice rocky trails, big drops. There’s an air pump station as well as racks and hoses to clean your bike.People here were super friendly. Nice park to come with family there’s so much to do!!

Best pleace on the south of florida to ride mtb. Busy from 8am. Technical trails with a lot of up and downs. Rock gardens. Swamp. Places to make jumps. It is the most complete on south florida. The whole circuit on expert and intermediate is almost 10 mi ride.

Beautifully maintained my trails, pump track and jump line. Something for everybody, from beginners to seasoned riders.

Still a decent trail bike no different than any other major trail in Florida. about 5 years ago this trail was really sick but they nerfed a lot of the features. if you get hurt while mountain biking please dont sue the parks it ruins everyone else.

Ive been coming here for years and I absolutely love the trails. It is well maintained and has variety for all rider levels. The reason why I gave it 2 stars is because of an incident that occurred with a staff member at the trailhead. I am aware that at the beginning of every year they make sure everyone has their annual pass, which is absolutely fine by me. At the time it slipped my mind to renew my annual pass. As I was driving into the trail head he jumps in front of me which caused me to swurve into the gates and luckily no one got hurt. He aggressively demand that I show him the annual pass. I was already upset at the fact that I couldve gotten hurt at the manner he jumped in front of my moving bike. So I simply told him..next time dont jump in front of a bike, we can both end up hurt..he said whatever. Anyways I went to the office to update my annual pass. Again, I was asked with attitude by some lady which didnt even present herself if I was the person at the trailhead arguing with a staff member. She says hes looking out for your safety. After I informed her in the aggressive manner in which he did it, she said hes just doing his job. I insisted that he be trained professionally when it comes to handling the entrance trailhead. She was dismissive the whole time. So my advice to markham is to have someone mature and trained at the trailhead before someone gets hurt. If the fact is that this young kid was trained then clearly he wasnt applying it..being on his phone and all. Please take this advice markham, dont just send a reply stating excuses. Aside from the incident markham park is great.

Best trails in South Florida. Ive been trying to get my brother go for years. Now he finally has a bike and we went the other day. He absolutely loved it! I really wish he would have went with me a long time ago, because now Im not as good as I once was.
