Not as widely known as the other Land of Lincoln stops, this wonderful museum pays beautiful and honorable tribute to those who have served our country both on the front lines and at home when the wars were over in support of those who served. Please stop in. Give a donation.

Definitely not what I expected. This is a museum run by people who have a passion for the Grand Army of the Republic. See all sorts of civil war memorabilia. Ask questions. Learn something new. I highly recommend visiting this gem.

A really small museum, run strictly by volunteers and donations, which honors Civil War vets. Check hours and days open.
