Nice Park with well maintained ball diamonds like Fairview Park restrooms are closed play baseball there was some friends on Friday 2 of them had to go to the restroom had to drive to the gas station or just going to go to Sherman to play ball for now on city needs to get their act together if you if you want to close the restrooms have portable restrooms think about the public think about the public for a change I bet the west side bathrooms are open

Be mindful of the people living near one of the fields (field 3 perhaps). We were there for a YMCA t-ball game and this woman, using foul language around the children, threatened to call the police and have the cars near her house towed. We were parked on the street.Edit: its field 2

Its a nice place but, seating is poor. Theres not enough room for everyone to sit. I would give it a four star.
