My experience with this place was wonderful, management was graceful and helpful. Yes, there is room for improvement here and there and its really small things. I give Them a 5 and hug!!! Keep it up and this place is breathing it has life and the future is bright!! They should keep on bringing in diverse musicians from all p[arts of the world! I am happy to support in anyway I can! Kudos

I was involved in the most spectacular modeling show for Dress for Success “Common threads” event. The staff and sponsors including the modeling chaperones were courteous and accommodating. A true-blue experience that only MASS provides.

Very nice venue. Seating is great. Wherever u sit is a good seat. Ample leg room and seats are comfortable. This is the place to see a show!

Great show and theater! Free parking in the attached garage with your ticket. Reasonable prices for snacks and drinks. Helpful and polite employed. Would return and recommend!

Quaint theater with some awesome, live entertainment! Really not a bad seat in the house. Just saw The Last Waltz performed there ... Terrific!!

My wife and I went to see Sex in the city, one women show, a parody on lov,friendshipand shoes tonight at CityStage in Springfield. The show was great and the actress was superb. Go see it in NYC next.

City Stage has impressive shows with outstanding musicians. Ive never been let down.

Nice intimate theater, only downside is it doesnt have its own parking lot. Parking is several hundred yards away which could be an issue for those with disabilities.

I always enjoy myself at City Stage . However I wish they bring some talent like Eric Benet, Michon Young.

I held a conference here. Its very outdated and looks like SNL could have been broadcast here in 1976. Would work for a play or stand up comedy though.

Small theater and has some really good shows that come through. I highly recommend, while it is not broadway quality it is really good for a fun night out.
