Its a beautiful hand-crafted theatre with a rich history of performance arts. Walking inside is like passing through a portal to another world--full of new possibilities. Whats not to love?

This is a beautiful theater! They have done a fantastic job at preserving its historical architecture! I only wish people would do the same with the other historical buildings downtown instead of turning them all into modernised hipster hang-outs.

I love this place and the plays weve seen have been great. Wish they would have more adult focused plays. Most this season seem to be for kids.

Went & saw The Nutcracker Ballet. Just loved it!! The theater is awesome inside. Will be going back for more events.

The show are so good and they are always doing new things at the SLT. Chuck Rodgers is AWESOME. He lets my daughter volunteer on set design for the upcoming shows for experience. I couldnt ask for a better mentor and place for her to get the experience. I have been to many shows myself and I like seeing both sides of creating a show and how much work goes into it. It really makes me appreciate all the work! Cant wait for The Greatest Showman later this year!

The theater is beautiful and we really enjoyed the production. Edit look like there might be some mold on the ceiling near our seats which my E to be addressed. Overall good experience.

The Crown Jewel of the Ozarks. Solid productions featuring local talent that are more than worth the average $25/seat price point. A great date night or family outing for Springfield natives and tourists.Pro tip: get a cocktail at Hotel Vandivort next door before or after the show. Its the perfect overture or encore.

We love watching shows at The Landers Theatre. They do a great job.

A beautiful little theater with friendly staff. Local talent presents theater and dance. Good comfortable seating. I have found few after theater eateries.

Have seen quite a few plays here over a few years. I am always impressed with the theater, professionalism of the production, and the talent of the cast. Would rather see any thing here over the Fox in St. Louis.

Every seat is good. Beautiful theater. Like a step back in time in a good way. All plays that I have seen have been good with production values as good as Broadway. Need more rest rooms.

Love to attend our community theater. It is a smaller, more intimate setting. We have never been disappointed and we attend frequently!!

I went here on a behind the scenes field trip with first graders from Fremont Elementary. The hosts are great and the experience was something the kids will remember for a long time.The theater itself is a beautiful setting that is a must see in Springfield.

Cool historic theater

A wonderful place that always puts on wonderful shows. Some productions I have seen here, rival some Broadway productions I have seen! They always strive for quality and everyone is very welcoming.

Beautiful theatre. Couldnt stop looking at the details of this building. Easy ticket service, seating, etc. We came from Southeast Nebraska just to watch Sister Act in this theatre. Great Cast, Amazing performances. Will go again!

Beautiful place and I,live seeing plays there but the musty smell of mildew was so strong I had a hard time breathing and got a headache. Cant go back because of the health risk from being exposed to that much mold or mildew :(

Springfield Little Theatre educational programs are a waist of your childs time and your money. Unfortunately, it is a very bad investment :( I wished I knew it two years ago, before the SLT troupes experience. There are a lot of passive-aggressive and simply mean behavior underneath their fake niceness :( I really hope this review would help SLT at least to try to treat themselves and others with kindness, understanding and respect.

Loved watching Springfield Ballet perform!

I cant see where there is a bad seat in the place. Small... yes. Acoustics, quite nice. Even an orchestra pit. I saw Mamma Mia is San Diego, Las Vegas and here. You cant compete with Vegas but you blew San Diego away!

I love going to Landers to act because one of my many passions is acting. The actors who work at the Landers are always super nice. I was also taught my basic acting skills at the Landers.
