Lived here for a while. Very community. Residents that live here live up to that. Management goes way far and above if you need anything. Always felt safe and never had any problems.

My husband Joe and I stayed here in March of 2017, and Bill was a great manager, who went out of his way to help us.We are currently hoping to return to this park soon.Thanks Bill for all you do!

Ive been here several times the past couple months, my bestfriend just recently moved here. Never once had any problems everyone is pretty friendly that Ive met so far. And I hope to move here come 2020. Looking forward to it

Bill has strived to keep the park a safe, and quiet place for everyone. In which I give him huge kutoos. Ive lived here a year now and loving it. They will help you in any way they can..

To be honest its a very dirty trailer park. Unfortunately, I have to see it and the people living there its definitely not a surprise. Honestly its everything you would expect from the trailer parks you normally would try and stay away from. I do not live here nor would I ever... However, I have visited some one who moved their mobile there on multiple occasions. If I were looking for a place to call home... I would keep looking. This is not where you want to be. Drive by and look at the surroundings. Its everything you would expect and more. Best wishes on finding your next home, but beware of this place.

Very kind and wonderful staff. My son moved in here about a month ago. They helped with everything. When his trailer arrived they were there to help balance it and hook up all his utilities.

Didn’t mind the close shopping and food. Plus it’s near 44, has a laundromat. Most things were fine at first, they seemed friendly. Was forgiving of the noise of the airport and chestnut traffic because cheap rent but quickly found out it’s not a secure place to be. Those folks just don’t care what you think of the trash or childish behavior. Seems to be a safe haven for the worst kinds of people and crimes

This place is the bomb, great people to be around they always make you feel like family and always welcome... Thank You for making us feel at home and like we belong somewhere, You guys rock and are the bomb... Thank You from the bottom of our hearts...

They outright lie about how safe you’ll be. Background checks don’t exist here apparently.

Moved here from out of state was told that it was a great neighborhood quickly found out to be very very false has had drug activity since weve been here and thats only for a month neighbors constantly wants to fight with everyone. people offering your children drug and sex, would not recommend this place to the poorest person on Earth if youre out there and you are looking into moving here go elsewhere quick. And the owners will not do anything. The amount of rent is the only thing ok. But again look where you are moving. Me and my family are scared to death to even sleep here but quickly are moving out of State Springfield Missouri and Missouri in total is the worst state you will ever move to, do to the drugs . My daughter was propositioned for money and sex at 15 years of age and the police said that there wasnt no crime on what happened bull krapp. any other state would have locked people up for that not here so please read this and consider not moving here

Pros: Laundromat, cheap rent, off Chestnut. Anne is nice personCons: Lots are really close, sketchy people walk around going nowhere, screaming and yelling, theft in area, and bad vibes. Hazardous trash and junk in random places like broken glass and syringes. Have to keep tabs on children and pets

This trailer park is very dirty and the people we met there were extremely rude, wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
