Lived here for 20 years. Management is very good and the lots are big. Homes are nice and affordable. Great community to be a part of.

This park manager has been nothing but fair to me and will get stuff done if needed to be.The park is quiet and affordable.Plus they have lots of nice homes if needed to buy one for a reasonable price.. Lenny keep up the good work!

The hospitality is great and so is the liquor.

Quiet neighborhood, dated homes.

Went to visit a friend. The area layout is pretty standard but all of the double wide trailers look very nicely made. Definitely a place Id look to live in.

Runned down homes, people speeding in and out including school buses, nothing for families to do, pool is closed which was the only thing available sad really, trees have thorns and are dangerous, the water holes are mosquito infested and turn green. This would and could be a nicer park if updates were done. And most definitely would be more pleasant if mosquitos were under control

Nice people only seen their clients happy

The area is nice and quiet. Defenitly kid friendly. New property management knows how to run things properly. Small town living hidden on the edge of town.
