Really nice community. We met with C.S. she was very helpful and showed us around. Was willing to work with us. The houses she designs are lovely. Worth a look if u are looking for a mobil home.

Quiet setting that would make you forget you are in the middle of the beautiful Queen City.

The management is great. If you have a problem they want to know and they get it taken care of quickly. Grand villa community is great they make sure everything is safe for everyone.

Nice retirement community visiting friends

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. We went and looked at some options in June as my father will be getting an inheritance soon and we wanted to look at options. We found some homes that we loved. Manager advised that she would hold the house with $200.00 down. We were able to bring her the $200 down and picked a home that wasnt done yet giving her more then enough time to work on it as we had an estimate that it would be beginning to mid of August when the funds came in. We were upfront with her about our situation and when the funds would come in. We drove by the house atleast once every few days to see what was going on with it and many times we found nothing had been done.After already advising around when we were told the money would be in, she called asking where the funds were the last of July. She was upset that the money wasnt in yet when she was already told it would be the BEGINNING TO MIDDLE OF AUGUST.She then called and asked for documentation and when we stopped by and spoke with the gentleman in the office he said that he would talk to the manager and let her knowThen today we stop by because they completely changed the color of the outside of the home and my mom wanted to show it to me and they were working on it. So we stopped and were informed well suddenly $200.00 wasnt enough and we needed 10% down and she had mailed us back the $200.00 and that we could come buy it when the money came in. SHE SENT THIS IN A LETTER??? She didnt even have the balls to call and discuss it with us she wrote a letter and let us continue to think we had it.So do yourself a favor and go to one of the other many housing places there are in town with better management where you dont have to worry about someone who is so 2 faced.

Rip off cheat people out of trailers after making payments for years

My mom lives there, and the owner has made the place 55 and older. Way too many rules.
