Ive lived here 3yrs+. This is a great place to live if your life has ups and downs. I bought my trailer here in 2017. Ive had finacial issues, been evicted including sheriffs forcing me out. But talking to the owner, not management seems the best route ive chosen.

These guys are liers and cheats so dont rent from them they prolong even after having told you yes your approved

Manager is very friendly, trying to rent a spot for my RV. So far Ive encountered friendly people, and did seem to be pretty quiet. Reasonable rent rates. I hope to get approved, and be moving into my space soon.

Its a dump

Surprisingly quiet, and people seem to stay out of each others business. The person I know who lives here has never really complained at all about it. Just, like any neighborhood, you can get good or bad neighbors, and thats just luck. Anyways seems laid back, which is nice when the majority of residents can handle themselves and be respectful... Most of the time lol

Run down and full of drug addicts, be careful.

Ive been living here for 3 years every place has their problems someone said it was a crackhead Heron place not true they will run you out faster than you say stop this park is Shane it may not be the fanciest looking part do I like living here good neighbors good maintenance staff now in the past theyve had problems like everybody else has had problems theyre not perfect I enjoy living here its not a bad place to live if you dont live here dont knock it

Id give it two and a half stars if I could. Just ok. Never really had a problem but its not a luxery resort. Its cheep and it reflects that. That said. Convenient location, mostly friendly people. Noisy (right between two high trafic roads.) Kina smells like trash or cat markings in my spot sometimes. Laundry is cheep and works alright. Lived here about 2 months in my own camper.

The landlord is a obsessive gambler and thay gave lousy customer service to me and my husband.I wouldnt rent from them avoid the mobile home park all together. I concluded IRecamend that you look in to a local truck stop first.

This place is disgusting...lots of druggies & it looks really run down. Homeless camp would be a a very fitting description of what it looks like.
