A beautiful park conveniently located in the southeast of the city of Springfield. Ozark Highlands Mobile Home Park is a real community, with friendly folks and great managers, Annelies and Greg, who really make you feel welcome. Everyone takes pride in their homes and lots. The mature trees are gorgeous and make the place feel enchanted. The RV lots are nicely spaced and fairly priced. If Springfield is Queen City, then this park is one of her royal jewels!

Very nice quiet parkStayed here for one month and found it to be, well maintained, clean, quiet, friendly and safe. The bathrooms were spotless, the park was well lit, the attendants (Annelies and Greg) were super helpful and friendly!They have sheds for rent(very reasonably priced) for any extra storage needs you may have, and although I never used the pool it looked very inviting and again super clean.Tons of shade trees and very friendly people, plus they are a really dog friendly park!Highly recommended!

Without a doubt this MH/RV park is one of the best nationally as to convenience for shopping, restaurants, and fast foods. Also hiking trails near by as well as medical facilities. Streets are paved and wide to accommodate big rigs. Peace and quite is definitely a plus.But the highlight of the entire stay here is the management. The Park manager is so congenial and has a wonderful way of making you feel at home. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Decent place in Springfield! We’ve stayed here twice since our daughter lives in Springfield. Our most recent visit we arrived after office hours and our reservation info was on their board. We go to what was suppose to be our assigned spot and couldn’t believe they wanted us to park in that spot. We did try but unable to even get in the spot due to our scooter hitch! Since we’d been here before we knew there was a lot on back end of property so we just went down there for our visit! No other issues! Seems pretty quiet for being in a city. Decent shower house. Lots of stores/restaurants convenient around the park.

Park is clean but seems the infrastructure is poorly maintained and management seems overly aggressive. Could be a jewel of Springfield.

We parked our 5th wheel for 13 weeks while my husband worked at a local hospital. This was our first stay at an RV park that is also a mobile home park. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints with the management. There are plenty of trees for shade. It is convenient to shops and the highway.

Moved a 5th wheel camper here for short term living in school. Very affordable, kept up very nice, and lots of beautiful trees. Pet friendly except vicious breeds and nice areas to walk with cleanup stations throughout. Im very impressed with the management and maintenance they are always friendly, busy and making improvements. Very friendly and nice place to live! Also....heated pool!

I go through here yearly when Im in Springfield. Each year the park is more and more vacant. Now it appears the park might be at less than 50% capacity. I thought it might be getting ready to close. With a long term RV rate of 480 a month I can see why they are mostly empty.If the owner is from California he needs to be reminded Springfield is not in California.

Nice place to live! Rent is to high for seniors on a fixed income!! To many roots in the yard to have to mow around and walk on!And management does stick their nose in peoples business that they should not have!It was okay when I first moved in they were very friendly now sometimes they are very rude the lady in the office!Overall it is a good place to live, very quiet

This place is a real hidden gem, the manager is so nice and accommodating, the location is close to everything, have stayed here in the RV several times and never a bad experiences.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. MANAGEMENT IS NICE AT FIRST THEN THEY GET MEAN ONCE YOU MOVE IN. BEWARE Rules do not apply to all managers have favorites. Rent increases every year at least $15. Why buy a mobile home and have $450 rent. Mobile homes depreciate, buy a house for same amount of money and it gains value not loses. Once you get moved in they turn intoMedusa and Dr. Jeykl. They did not renew my lease, then their employer went to my place of work and told my co workers, I was kicked out and I was mean. This is what they allowed their employee to do to hurt me more. I finally had to change Walmarts to get away. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

I have lived there for three and a half years and it has steadily declined the new management team is trying but its taken too much to heart where you have to ask permission to go to the bathroom I mean its really ridiculous we recently went ahead and put soil fresh soil to cover the roots that were sticking up through the ground on a pastors property that lives there at the park as well and we just got ripped a new one because we didnt ask permission to put down top-grade topsoil over the roots that were exposed and to put down grass seed Ive heard everything now

We stayed here multiple times and never disappointed. The facilities and park is clean. The location is in the middle of all the shopping areas and food establishments. They offer military and Good Sam discounts; pet friendly! Great customer service!

First time weve stayed at a park that serves both mobile homes and RVs. They have separate spaces for short time RVs, quiet and nice especially if youre looking for extended stays. Well likely be back.

Small park on the back side of a mobile home park. flat gravel sites with full hookups. no trees. next to rr tracks, but didnt hear a train. bathhouse has one toilet and a nice shower. convenient to springfield.

We spent two months at this park and could not have enjoyed the people better. The staff was helpful and the ladies in the community prepared several open invitation meals at the clubhouse for donations only. Witnessed a lot of seniors that were very friendly and welcoming to newcomers. Well kept park with beautiful trees and landscaping. The RV Court has a park with a picnic area for the RVers. Cant wait to visit again.

Quiet for its location. Older mobile home park with RVs dispersed between. Nice pool and friendly staff. Clean laundry with 4 washers and dryers. Convenient location near the junction of 60 and 65 on the SE side of Springfield. While they advertise wifi availability, the signal is poor and will not connect to my phone or tablet - which is a big negative. You will need to call in advance of your planned visit because they will not accommodate pull in and pay later customers according to their posted sign.

Moved here in 2005/Dad had cancer. He left me Mobile Home in his Wil and we have never left. Very pretty park! Love watching birds out my window!

Great place to take your RV in town. Nice people and easy to work with.

Lived here nine years. Its clean and is the nicest park in Springfield. Plenty of trees, squirrels, rabbits, makes you feel like your not in the city at all. Swimming pool, club house, 2 tornado shelters (above and below ground)No thru traffic, so light traffic in the park. Speed limit and stop signs make walking or biking safe. Neighborhood watch. Neighborhood garden.Convenient shopping within walking distance. The city bus has 5 bus stops around the park. (2 at Walmart, 2 at Lowes, 1 at Teletech).

If I were you I would never rent from these people or visit their park. They are rude, and inconsiderate, have no customer service and are nasty to elderly. Management are the worst I have ever spoke with.
