Beautiful!! We just moved here from the inner city, & let me tell you, it feels worlds away. Turkeys greet us every morning. Deer appear every now & again. Our place was nearly completely remodeled; new carpet, floors, appliances, etc... Pam is the greatest manager you could ask for. Shes weeding out the losers & keeping good tenants. Sam, the maintenance guy, & his crew are on the spot when you need anything! Great peaceful place to liveSo happy

Great place, nice community, with amazing people!!!

I have lived here for about 2 years. At first there was a cockroach infestation in our trailer. We had to pull apart the refrigerator and spray alot but we were able get rid of them. Now the only bugs we have is a fly every now and then. Pest control is good about coming regularly now. The park has alot of kids that roam so its a great area to raise a family. The Landlord is stern but she has always been willing to work with us. Usually good about getting anything fixed right away. I think it is fairly a good place to live. I would recommend it.

Weve loved living here and the landlady is the best you could ask for. Sweet, spunky, prompt to take care of any issues, and the maintenance team is great..we just signed another lease bc we love the area, family friendly atmosphere, and all the trees and shade! Outskirts of town is always a plus.

Pam was fantastic and very caring, she really helped me and my fiance out. Thank you Forest Cove for giving us a fresh start!!

So far loving this place. Pam the property manager is on the spot when we need something fixed. The only complaint I would have is some people in there do not care about others and run there music really loud. I know pam is trying to fix that but there is only so much one person can do

I love living here. It is very peaceful and quiet. Neighbors are always friendly and so helpful. Any maintenance issues were always taken care of very quickly. And Pam the property manager is the most amazing person. She is always smiling and is super caring. I would definitely recommend Forest Cove South to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

I am so blessed to have found this place. The office people are amazing especially Pam very kind and understanding. The trees here are awesome, squirrels playing everywhere. I love it!

I looked at apartments here and the manager was not able to come to the office and show me a unit. I tried again and the same thing happened to me. They said they were making changes and remodeling some apartments and they should be done soon. But to hey had a few smaller efficient units ready by next week. Overall a very low end complex but with good possibilities.

Best place Ive lived at yet shes helpped give me and my boyfriend another chance she knows people make mistakes and trysts to help you best way she possibly can shes works with us as long as we communicate to her anytime there is a problem it has been fixed ASAP 10/10 would recommend clean nice place and amazing landlord

My daughter moved in. I like the place. I think shes pretty safe. Enough so im able to leave and go back home to Arkansas

Not what you would expect. Its very well kept up and cared for. Maintenance have went above and beyond helping with extra request like shelving in cabinets, Pam the manager is the most personable person you will meet. Nice, quiet, well maintained home. My kids and I are very pleased with the whole team and our home.

The lot manager super rude

Maintenance work orders do NOT get done in a timely manner. Be prepared to wait for months to get any kind of work done. It has been over a year on both doors and about 5 months since found out that a remodel done before I moved in is bad and needs to be done again. Until then I cant even put my dryer in place and am having to climb over it in the hallway!!

This was Sherwood Forest mobile home park.It was sold and renamed Forest Cove South the new owner has cleand the place up but the lot rent is expensive no pets even Jenkintown your mobile home

The do their tenants wrong!! I feel sorry for the people that have to live under these conditions for such steep prices. The park has children running around breaking, stealing things, peeking in windows, trashing cars and nothing is ever done about it. Drug addicts in fights in their front yard or driveways. getting the cops called. A few has ac and rest does not though the leases state they do, yet will do nothing about it. Slum lord forsure. My poor cousin had to deal with all their mess. suffering and being lied to! I will never recommend this place to anyone! Ever!

Im remaining a home shopping critic so my ID is hidden for that purpose, and no the original D trump, with that being said I drove through this park and observed the families and asked questions on whether or not is it worth living there, some had said it seemed like a nice place well kept and some has not said anything positive about the place, the owner has been notified of neglecting tenants needs for repairs, empty trailers trashed on the outside as well as on the inside windows missing screens or they are ripping off, the park covered in weeds and roads in disarray rent is so high on these trailers you could almost rent a house for the same price, as for the land lady, pam I think was her name some say she is nice and some say she talks as if she is lol gods gift to knowing what she is doing when in reality she is mean and lies about work orders and forcing tenants to pay for the replacements on maintenance parts per tenant when by federal law it the landlords responsibility to make those repairs and not change tenants for repairs needed and some tenants has reported the issue to the state and to the city of Springfield some say its almost as bad 417 rentals, but from what I seen its going both ways, some are poised to spend money they have saved up to do repairs themselves cause they can not count on the maintenance to correct repairs in a timely manner and to lookout for retaliatory damages done by the landlord cause they call her out on things that needs to be addressed, and kids, well as someone said kids will be kids but not when you got parents who allow there children to bully other kids and the list goes on and one, so after my findings its iffy so far and again the rental prices is gauging tenants..

I love it out here. Ive been out here for almost a year coming in June. The community is very quiet and peaceful. Pam is an excellent lady. She has been very helpful and understanding with me and my husband through things. This place is a keeper for us.

I love it here! Pam is amazing!! The place is really quiet at night...lots of kiddos out playing during daylight hours which tells me its a safe place. Maintenance is also wonderful and quick to solve any issues we might run into. Overall, its home :)

Ive lived here since Feb 23rd 2018 and so far its been great I have kids who can run and play the maintenance people are great and friendly they even let my kiddos do some work for ice cream money. Pam is also great she will work with you and make sure that you gave a friendly safe environment to live in

I have called for 2 weeks during buisness hours no one ever answers the phone or calls back i even went in person multiple times and no one is there how can you run a buisness if you cant be reached ?

Maintenance is awesome. Really quick to solve any issues that arise. Pam is also amazing! Couldnt ask for a better property manager!! The place is really coming along great!!

I first moved here March 3rd of 2018. They were quick to get me approved, and get me in a unit. I noticed when I went to use my central air, the unit wasnt working. They got me a window unit, and ordered a brand new central unit for my place. The management is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff reply quickly to issues.Remember, they are fixing the entire place up, new units as well as remodeling others that have been here. So give them time to address concerns and issues, they will.

Awesome place great management and maintenance. If something needs to be fixed they get it done quickly. No hassles and child friendly.

A little bit difficult to find. I had to pick up my friend and it was a challenge in the dark finding the right trailer. Its really hard to find the lot numbers. They are in various places

It has been great living here, they have been very attentive and we love the management. The trailers are very nice and the whole place is very kid friendly.

Ive lived here 1 month shy of 1yr and pam has been nothing but good to me. She has always fixed anything wrong with my home within 24 to 48 hr depending on seriousness. I have 3 children 2 of which have special needs and she is always making sure they are ok and treats them as her own. She has always been good to me despite all of my shortcomings. I am definitely going to sign another lease.

The owner has worked hard to update the community. The mobile homes​ are being updated. It has a community playground for the kidos. The residents are nice and always waving or saying hi. All around a good community.

Still LOVE this place. 1.7 years in.

People are nice that run this park but its a disaster and they are asking way too much for the mobile homes thst most are really old and the few newer ones you could rent/buy a house for what they are asking as with the older ones as well. There is alot of work being done roads are dirt and gravel for most part and all gas units which will run you one heck of a cu bill. Also not in a good neighborhood off s.golden. But the office people are and seem to be very nice and will work with you but the cost of any and all from 2 bedrooms to three are outrages.

Its a quite place to live and raise a family nice trailer park

The front office is great, you can tell the girls really love the community here. The units are all almost Newley updated or brand new.
