Well kept park, under excellent management. Have been a resident for the last decade with no problems. Quick and easy access to grocery store, Bi-Mart, Big Lots, etc.

Clean and orderly park with great residents. Pet friendly and quiet. Large park. The speed bumps are terrible.

This is a beautiful place with friendly management, pool, and a great cabana with a spa and workout room. They have rules about keeping our rented spaces and our homes in great shape, but that is a plus in my mind. They only raise the monthly space rents $30 a year. That is very reasonable given standard inflation. Space rentals are MUCH less than trying to rent a home of the same size in the area. No one should expect that their utilities should be paid by management. Renting anywhere else would not pay them either. Seniors who move in here need a have enough of a base income to accommodate for the fair rent increases. This is not a low income federal housing. I love living here. :-)

Mostly nice but several poorly maintained yards, cant use the door to the recreational hall - no ADA access and door extremely heavy (very unfortunate and important for seniors and obviously not to code) and some mobiles need carport to and mobiles cleaned up. With high rent would expect better and 3 stars is generous

Wouldnt be too bad of a place if they didnt raise the rent every year where older folks cant live with the cost going up and up.

This is a horrible place for seniors that are limited to activities.... my parents have a black net on the south side of their home that blocks the hot sun and neighbors but yet the park sends them an eviction notice tIf they dont remove it.... WHY????? Their rules and regulation make it almost impossible for an elder to live here!!!!! This is a horrible place for an elder to live on a fixed income!!! DO NOT LET UR ELDERS LIVE HERE!!!! Owners are from California and think that the fixed income elders in Oregon can live up to the standards of California!!!! An elder should NEVER have to worry about a roof over thirty heads.... shame on the owners!!!! ZERO STARS FROM ME!!!!! if I had the money I would move my parents out!!!!! So disappointed in this so called SENIOR CITIZEN ESTATES !!!! MORE LIKE RIP OFF ESTATES !!!!!

Beautiful park and well kept

The Seniors that live in The Park pay $653.00 a month, and it doesn t even pay any of the utilities...no garbage, no water, no cable, no sewer.The Owners and the Managers need to keep it low cost, and keep it at the same rent pay every year. the seniors in the senior park have a limited income every month. Ak.eone needs to write congressman Peter DeFazio to let him know this, so some One can at least stand up for our seniors because this is not fair.

Was visiting and I was told half the complex is for families and have his first two years that is a good way to do housing
