Completely unprofessional. Id like Lisa to know that it is very bad business to assure someone that youll get back to them after you take their applications and money only to totally ghost them after and ignore the calls. Even if you choose not to rent to that person, it is professional and respectful to call and tell them that you are not and why. Dont be scared, just grow up and be honest with people, not take their money and ghost them. You claim to be running a business. Act like it please.

High end mobile home park. Kept extremely clean by its care taker! Great place for newly weds

Its awesome for retirement or if ur tired of the city, I live here, u can only get certain internet 25 speed and most places dont deliver,

This mobile home park is the cleanest, nicest, most well kept mobile home park I believe Ive ever seen.

I dont live here, but passing through while picking up a client yesterday, it seems like a lovely/decent little place.I liked all the trees that were still there, and how tidy things were along with the smooth road compared to the deathtraps that are in some other parks.Would definitely consider moving to if I ever had the need for such a facility/place.

All of the mobile homes seemed very well taken care of. Each mobile home has two personal parking spaces and one streetside parking spot for a guest.

The owners there r mean the take everything out on u.. I would not recommend working here I had to leave early today to take my fiance to interview but they fired me due to taken off

Older astlablished mobile community, very nice and quiet. My suggestion would be; all lawn care would be serviced by Colony Cove Mobile owner. By slightly raising monthly property fee for lawn maintenance the burden would be relieved for seniors and would give the facility a top class appearance and rating.

I dont know where to begin. My brother rented from them, he tragically took his own life. Everyone I have encountered has been nothing but compassionate to me and my family involving my brothers death, except for Nan the property manager and the tenants there. Before my brothers body was removed from his home, Nan asked my sister when we were going to have his stuff out. All of my family live out of town, so we just got to work cleaning out his trailer. We were repeatedly harassed by the next door neighbor who came over demanding to know who we all were, where we were from, and why we were there. She did this the first day and again the next day. The property manager came over with her and demanded we answer the other tenants questions and explain again who everyone was. That we were family wasnt good enough. They kept mentioning that they were worried about someone stealing my brothers stuff. The same stuff we were loading into trucks to take to donate... No one ever told the tennate that kept harassing me that she was in the wrong. I cant imagine anyone wanting to live in a place like this where people are treated like garbage and garbage is treated as more valuable. We tried to stay positive all through their demanding questions that they had no right to ask. My husband got a little sarcastic when they were asking such nosy questions and over explaining things to them, they were being ridiculous. My brother was paid up on his rent and his place was really clean, but they informed us right away that they would be keeping the deposit of course. There was one person who was courteous, Gale the maintenance man gave us the key and told us repeatedly that if there was anything we needed just to let him know.

Owner is rude and rasit and though hes finally upgraded the park some its still a slum park and lots of drug activity there. He takes peoples money as well for application fees knowing hes not going to move them in. He under pays his employees and never fixes anything when work orders are put in. Hes very rich yet very cheap and a scam artists. I wouldnt move my worst nightmare at this park...

Attn cinnamon JohnsonFirst and foremost your details of the events that are incorrect and certainly sound like you and Gail had rehersed a script together. Your cousin came to my office and ask if I could let her to check on your brother after checking my boss I got a key and had the cousin wait outside. I started out the door of the home and walked into the face of the most neighbor Regina garage. I told Regina to get on home she had no business.The problem Regina is constantly calling my boss about like accusing the wife of stealing the vehicle which I got a call from my boss and was told to go over there and find out what was going on. I do not at all blame your family for being mad and upset about being questioned as to the situation. As far as my concern for your brothers property, the tenant in that home before your brother also passed away in that home. While trying to locate family everything in that home was stolen and according to Reginas daughter Regina is the one that all the flat screen TV and a lot of other items. I was merely letting Regina know that noone was to go near that home. As far as rent due your brother owed some on rent and around 180 for lawn mowing which he and I discussed it was very close off of the top of my head that day to what he had in his deposit.I did not ask when you all would be moving his things out and even told when you guys felt up to it come and see me and I would get you in there. As far as Gail you seem to have a wrong impression of him, he was wanting in there because of all the tools and he is equally as nosy as Regina. Please remember, I walked in that home without even a cell phone, no shield. No gun no protection of any type. I took my life in my hands walking in there and then to see the gun Carol his lap it is something I think about often and wont soon forget. The very next night I got a call from my boss firing me so I hope everyone is happy now that Im gone and Gail and steve together had been trying for the last 15 months to get me out of there.i do hope you family can recover from this tragedy.

Cleanest, nicest mobile park in springfield.

Failed to mention they dont accept colored or young people. Which ever the reason. My gf which is white was accepted with no credit check which they want. They told her that her credit was good even tho they never seen it. But I wasnt a little funny to me
