Pristine beauty. There is a mile walking path around the park next to the lake. The park is an HOA benefit to the community of Benders Landing and has a play area with a VERY tall climbing structure, covered eating but NO restrooms.

Very peaceful well maintained park. Paved walkways are great for kids on bikes & scooters. Posted signs indicate the facilities are intended for residents sand their guests only

This is a nice lake with a joggin/walking/bike trail around the perimeter which equals to about 1 mile per loop.

Walked around lake a couple of times to get a quick 2 plus miles in this afternoon. Almost had the entire park to myself as I have stated before the park is under utilized. Very nice place to take a walk or just set and look at the lake. In the afternoon even with this heat setting under Pavillion is very pleasant. Until others wise up guess I will have the Park to myself.
