This place is awesome, but somehow it is unsafe for kids

Its a nice secluded spot, thats why people are coming out here dumping off yard trash and boat. When u call to inform about the dumping they say it washed up from hurricane Harvey. All this was dumped after havrey and the county wont do anything about it.

Nice hiking area

Part of Dennis Johnston Park, small playground, concrete paths great for cycling, walking, hiking fishing etc

Caught a few bass here. Only downfall is there is a lot to get hung up on here, especially if youre bank fishing. Ive lost a few lures getting hung up here.
