Nice playground but very little shade during the day. The “splash pad” is very minimal and is basically more of a fountain. I think Southern Pines misses the mark with this one. If your looking for more of a splash pad, head to Pinehurst.

Open next Saturday for the summer. Was open this today and Little man loved the new splash pad.

Always clean and the life guards are always so nice.

We like to attend during the free hour they offer daily. The pool itself could stand to be resurfaced. We always have fun however.

This is a great spot to cool off on a hot day. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The locker room was clean and there was plenty of space to spread out around the pool.

Not bad. Small park, but they do have a small splash pad and a pretty cool zipline-esque thing. Would have rated higher if it wasnt kind of in the ghetto

The pool is kept very clean and there are plenty of lifeguards on duty. The facility, pool, and chairs, etc are all pretty dated but well taken care of.

Great outdoor public pool! Will be 5 stars once they finish the work on it. They are covering it, updating restrooms, repainting. It is going to be great!

Love the splash pad here, & the hours. It opens at 1230-630. And if your a southern pines resident its only 2$ not bad at all. They have a large pool with a small quiet kiddie pool to the side. And theres always lifeguards on duty there. They also offer swimmimg lessons!!! You can swim all day for 2$ they have lawn chairs but with no cushion in them so bring your own if you wanna be comfy! They have a little playground right next to the pool and a large pavilion where the splash pad is. Its 4$ if you dont live in southern pines. Either way thats not too bad to swim all day. And they take pool brakes. Only thing i do NOT like about this place is the lifeguard females are wearing there bottoms up there behind in front of all those small children(Thongs) and i dont think that is good. Not at a public place like that around small children. And families. It doesnt look good for the establishment. Thats the only thing i dislike about this place.

Swim Sharks are now here!!!! Get your kids in for lessons and to be future swim competitors. These special group of people are patient, kind and determined to make sure all kids know how to swim!!!

Nice park with benches, tables, swimming pool, and great play area. No sand or wood chips, instead it has rubber floor.
