I drive in there looking for a place to rent, some of them trailers look rundown, and people live in some of em. I couldnt live there. Kids all in the streets, is that the only place they can play.Trash in the streets, and it looks like a slum place. Its just not kept up. It looks like a money hungry slumlord could own it.

I have to say, Bibbit is one heck of a gal, charming and sweet, absolutely lovely voice i must say ;) i look forward to living here. Looks awesome and like a very nice place.

Was a more decent park long ago when park management enforced rules and required all residents to abide and keep their places up.Now they dont though. They care only about getting and keeping the rents. Meanwhile the water system fails regularly, the streets are bad and they will not repair things in a timely manner. It has gone way, WAY downhill, while their prices have only gone up skyhigh. Criminal.

Beware, If you rent one of their trailers they dont want to fix anything. If things change I will let everyone know and improve their rating.

This trailor park is nothing but a bunch of drug addicts and lowlife people the owner of the trailor park and other worker people never help with issues they never do anything but sit on the gosh damn ass
