Full of unsavory transient types.Mostly rental trailers that belong to the owner. Not a shade tree to be found.Just a dusty open field with bumpy roads located at a high traffic intersection, on a busy 4-lane highway. Definitely not the place for children. Its also in the jurisdiction of the trashy Town of Blanchard. Make sure you think twice about moving here. These five star reviews are posted by the owner.

U have great ppl that run the place and they make sure its safe and quiet area and if u need something the stores or restaurants right down the road from them

The place is good along with neighbors. Only reason this gets a 4-star review is because the bumpy and rocky road needs to be replaced.

I went today to look for a home for my kids and myself. The lady that I was greeted by was absolutely a sweet heart! She took time to go the extra mile to let me look at an home that wasnt ready at the moment, but would be. Most would have brushed me away. She then took another step by calling me back to let me know that I would be able to occupy the residence. Which took me by surprise that she took action and not put it to aside. The area is very nice and kept up extremely well. Very impressed by the looks and the people there. I am excited about making this my new home for my kids! The most important I felt safe there. There is no other feeling than that but Mrs. Karens personal attitude was the best!! Thanks Deer Creek!!

Very nice people in office. Always gets things done I need done I dont have to wait I tell them about it and most the time its fixed that day. And all the staff is very friendly.

I was visiting a family member there and Deer Creek Estates was very clean and well kept.
