Ive lived here 21 years. The park needs cleaning and the water system is old. I left to go to work in Texas for 3 years. When I returned, my house was broke into, my copper pipes had been stolen, and the water pipe that use to work, no longer works. Ive been paying full price and still have no water pipe I can hook up to. And yes, Ive been asking since I got back in January of 2017. I have been filling water bottles for water.

Looked like there might be one or two decent tenants who just cannot afford more but who keep their trailers and yards clean. They were the good ones. The rest of the people and park were horrendous and seedy to say the least. I would never stay the night here let alone live here.

New Owners and many changes occurring. New streets, cleaning and removing all the trash. New residents and new rules to make a better family community. Come and see the new place we are offering for your home and family.

Too many dogs running around lose. Too many meth heads. Trashy. And more trash moving in. I do not recommend this place

Cheep place to live campers r 350 month moble homes start at 200 month for a lot rent with your own trailer

Its not a bas place to live. Very pretty pond equipped with ducks and turtles. Even has fish you can catch. Neighbors know neighbors. The owners is hands on with repairs and tenants issues.

I did live here and it is horrible. The maintence is cleaning up the place but as far as management there pretty much isnt any. If you need something or have a complaint nothing will be done about it. Period.

Its a pretty good place to live. They keep the grounds up. Some standing water next door or Id rate it higher.
