Lot numbers r not lit adequately n the speed bumps are huge in the middle. Drags my bumper on every one of them n it is a big normal size car

Nice, quiet, clean mobile home community. But a bit pricy for a park in this school district unless its private school. Horrible public schools. It is located about 20 minutes from everything in town though, so a short drive to most jobs.

This is a Terrible place to live. Ive been here almost a year now, Ive been harrassed, threatened with being kicked out over things that doesnt even make sense. and had this one lady, Donna I think? Be extremely rude to me, amd my girlfriend (whos lived here almost 11 years) I was sitting at the front waiting for my girlfriends nephew to get out of school so I could walk him home. I went into the front office to ask to use the bathroom and she said its not a public bathroom? And told me to walk down the road to the gas station or dollar store.shes done the same to my girlfriend. WE LIVE HERE.

I do not live there but went to a birthday party in the Community Center. It was very nice.

Seems nice& quiet. But theres bad & good. Strict on some rules & yet lets people live in sqauller without saying a word. But Id say 75 percent good & nice

Its a great place to call home.

I moved back here with my kids thinking that we would be happy and my kids would be happy here but IV never been more wrong! We hate it here, IV been here 5 years and it has been the most miserable years of my live! The kids run the streets like animals, people parking on the street, on the grass, the rules only applies to some people an not others, its favoritism over others the manager is never around when you need her. If youre looking for a nice place to come home to lol keep looking

Moving harassment once you make Susie mad. Ive texted pictures of clear pet infractions though I seem to be the only one getting any. I stopped took pictures again night after night same results. There are trailers, boats, cars parked on the grass. Some tenants let their dogs roam throughout the entire park. So, left with no choice, calling Animal Control show pictures as I was told if my dogs were caught on camera off leash out of yard they would be picked up. 3nd I will move this trailer from here if its the last thing I do. Susie I will give you thirty day notice when that time comes. Thanks for not taking my calls or answering your door when you was home, to speak as adults to find a happy medium. I dont think you want me here your h arrassment sends a clear message you want me to move from here. Im sorry you feel this way.The rules only apply to a select few. If anyone knows who owns this property please share, if not just go to the courthouse and find out.

If ur not careful at night the children of blueridge are capable of more than you think.

Its pretty quiet, and clean. Only thing that I have a problem with is the 553 speed bumps, they are just too much.! And as a mother of two small children, I get why th dry need to be there. But as an owner / operator of an automobile, geeez-zz
