Quiet little place. Pines rd is real close for shopping.

Its ok. Pretty clean streets.

It is a great park very clean and the people are very nice.

Management is working hard to improve our living conditions and clean our community up and is starting to pay close attention to who is in our park and how many people are living in one home and i applaud their efforts thank yall !!

Quiet and laid back, clean neighborhood

Quiet friendly neighborhood.

Too many mexican children running around unattended & walking through peoples yards. Constant heavy traffic day & night. We move our grandmother in and she hates it. They are over priced on lot rent. And the noise & traffic isnt worth the price it costs to live there. It is not a vert peaceful place.

I hate it and so.does my friends all that live in therre is meth heads and drugies and the office doesnt care, the only reason.they are stayin is bc its close to walmart, i want.to know.what the number to.coperate is so.we can report them
