An incredible place to learn the history of not only Shawnee, but also surrounding areas and the links of the past from the early days of our country. A must see if you ever have or make the opportunity. Wow! Well done.

Good for a short stroll. Some nice history on the area and the trails west that stemmed from Shawnee.

Interesting historical park in an obscure location with a bonus playground for kids. Its nice for a quick walk or photo op. Ive driven by it a million times and finally stopped.

I passed by this place many times. Today was the day for little walk and pictures.

Its a nice little park with informational plaques about the area and some of its early residents. The trail leads to a set of stairs which I expected to continue into a trail, but it ended up being a playground right off a neighborhood. Overall its very nice and Im glad its here, but it is right next to a busy road and endless businesses beyond that, so its not really a place to go escape.

I love it, its beautiful and Historical. Its kinda of Cowboys Era with great History. I learned so much while being here.

Very nice and informative. Has a secret staircase too. Awesome! The only thing is the leaking sprinkler.

Its very small and kinda closed off. Anything could happen there.

A very noisy park right next to busy roadway. Recommend bring head phones and a weapon incase you get jumped by someone while wearing head phones.

Its a truly small park called Pioneer Crossing Park, and so much learning here about California road that once was here with great history to read and learn.
