This was our first time at Erfurt Park. It was a wonderful place to spend 3 hours climbing, running, playing in the sand, and exploring the pond with a huge fountain in the middle. Lots of nature play available, including a mulched area with large rocks and logs to play on. The playground consisted of a giant, webbed, climbing structure and swings. The park is very spread out so the kids had a lot of opportunity to run. There was a good amount of paved sidewalk so several of our friends brought their bikes. There are two large shelters and a bathroom available.

Beautiful park. I really love the german-esque style shelters. The bathrooms are kinda wack but what do you expect, its a park. Perfect place for walking your dog, first dates, parkour, and hosting fight nights at the top of the spiral at 1:13 am on the last Tuesday of every month.5/5 stars would recommend

What a cool park! Its got a variety of really cool spaces for kids to have fun. The shelters are unique and beautiful. And it was extra cool for me (because I love intl connections) that it has some information on its sister park and sister city in Germany!

Beautiful place to just go for a walk with the kiddos. Benches are sprinkled along the way if you just wanna stop and take in the natureful moment. Shelters are nice and clean. Easy 5 stars!

We have visited this park several times for various occasions. There are two shelters, one very large one, and a smaller one. The bathrooms have always been clean. The park itself is always well kept and clean.

I didnt know this park existed until a few days ago but its a new favorite! The European design is great, especially the nature play area. That type of playground has been shown to increase creative and cooperative play with kids, as well as actually being safer. I hope more new parks are done this way! Other amenities include a water feature (fancy drainage pond lol), walking paths, shelters, benches, bathrooms and water fountains, waste bags and water fountain for dogs. Most of the walking and play areas are not shaded yet, so for now its probably not the best hot weather park.

For those certain people that love this park ...I was there from start to finish building it and painting it. Twice to be exact... Guy wanted different shade..lol

Theres not much, its not very big, but its very pretty and there are good pokestops on pkmn go and plenty of room to run around. Its not super big but still a good place

First visit and will be back! Amazing park with beautiful walkway near a pond. Loved the natural play area with logs to walk on and rocks to leap off of. Best park to play the floor is lava. Bring sand tools to play in the embedded sand area. Restrooms on site. Large level grass area to perfect ninja tricks!

Great new park! Tons of green space and natural climbing structures for kids. Could use more benches though.

Absolutely beautiful! Great natural playground, wonderful facilities with water, electric, and bathrooms. Fireplace as well. A must see in the Shawnee area!

Beautiful park with wide open spaces for play, a fun playground, natural play area for climbing and exploring, a walking trail, plenty of parking, restrooms, water fountains and two huge shelters. Beautiful place to watch the sunset.

Love this natural park. Its so great for open ended play for a variety of ages.

My family loves this park! Thoughtfully designed and unique in its simplicity. Climbing on rocks and logs instead of multi-colored manufactured plastic playground equipment, who would have thought?!

This is one of the best parks! The nature play area, huge spider web to climb, swings, fast slide, sand and the spiral sidewalk to the top of the hill are great! Not to mention the pretty lake and shelter area!

Fun little place to stroll around or to take the kiddos to release a little steam!

Lovely shelter, perfect for holding parties. A buffet bar with outlets makes potlucks a breeze. There is a fishing pond, walking path, and some fun climbing equipment. Definitely a winner.

I am so impressed with this park! The landscaping is beautiful, the climbing stricture is awesome, the playground made of natural wood and stone is creative and beautiful,the sand boxes have fossils for kids to dig up, and with drinking fountains and bathrooms and beautiful ramadas, we will be returning here often!
