We went there for old Shawnee days and it was wonderful! So many rides and games the kids had a blast!! We also played at the play ground and it was nice, its small so I could keep an eye on all 4 kids and strong clean equipment

If youre looking for a nice place to play basketball or tennis, lemme tell ya this! DONT GO HERE. Learn from my lesson. The water fountains do not work. Save yourself from heat stroke. Find a different park.

I honestly dont remember going here. But I like the sign and the pictures look pretty so Im going to go ahead and give it a five :-)

Theres a few different things to do. Of course theres the two different types of playgrounds. The open field with well kept grass & hills to roll down. Then theres the Old Shawnee Town.

Fence around old shawnee town make a good place to play fetch with my dog... leash needed tho

Nice playground, tennis courts, basketball court & pavillion. When Ive visited, the park has always been clean. If the park is busy, which isnt often, youll need to park in the lot closer to Old Shawnee Town.

Great small park to play basketball..picnic.. tennis but didnt see any restrooms. Nice scenic setting area in front around statue. Lots of parking

Very nice playground with restrooms, the playground is in the sun sooo. Lots of room to run. Shaded parking. Walking distance to ice cream, restaurant and lots of shops.Waterpark next door.

Next to old Shawnee town, play area and tennis courts.

It wasnt to bad once I found outskirt way around the crowd it was tough to get around. Concert area was perfect long ride lines no fun

It was so cool to attend the WyCo Fair this year after not going in the last 35 or 40 years! And I got to go with my BFF who was the person I went to the Fair with them years ago!!

Great park and great place for learning about old shawnee not to mention the home of the one the only old shawnee days ! Located off johnson drive this park is right off a main road with great shelter space that can be rented for parties of all kinds! Not tomention it has an amazing playground and nice basketball courts !

Went for Old Shawnee Days, but this park is a great park even outside of the events.

Our greyhound rescue group KC REGAP (Kansas City Retired Greyhounds as Pets) was invited to attend Dog Days this morning at Shawnee Town.

Simply sweet! We enjoyed standing under the the two pine trees next to the tennis courts. Next time, we will bring our rackets

Well maintained with swings, a playground, basketball courts, and covered tables.

The benches are always in the sun, but the park is otherwise clean and fun for the kids.
