Checked into the park for a 2week stay and fell in love with it. The park is very well maintained and Heather and Rick are the greatest managers. Always plenty of activities and things to do. The other residence are friendly and eager to help. Heather and Rick work very hard to keep the rates low and still offer what the more expensive parks have. I stay year round now

Very, very nice park without a lot of fanfare. The lots are level and well taken care of. Easy satellite connect. The park is centrally located most everything one needs. LOTS of things to see in the area. The management is the best we have ever come across in our 20 plus years of full timing.

Just made a reservacation for winter month . Cant wait to get there. They were very nice answering ALL my questions and I had many. I am excided to go there

Good place to camp good people all the way around make you feel at home

People are packed in the park like sardines with narrow streets. Hopefully, they never have to evacuate the park in a hurry.

This is a combined RV and Mobile Home Park... but the RVs have their own section, separate from the Mobile Homes. The sites are all good size, very level, full hookup and mostly grassy/sandy. Everything in the park is well-maintained and clean... the management obviously has a lot of pride in the place and puts in the extra effort to keep things nice AND to make everyone feel welcome. The pool was extremely refreshing (I was here in July!) and well-maintained, too.The Mobile Home part of the park was extremely neat. This isnt one of those places where the mobile homes are rundown and creepy... everything was neat and tidy. The residents here obviously take good care of their sites and homes, the place was immaculate.Overall, I had a really nice time here and would recommend it as a winter destination for those interested in snowbirding to Florida. Sebring is a good-sized, but nice and quiet town thats not far from lots of good things to do to keep you occupied.

You wont be disappointed if you stay in this park. Sherri & John are very pleasant, terrific managers, always willing to help make your stay as enjoyable and accommodating as possible. Lots of activities in the winter months, and residents (full timers as well as seasonal) make you feel right at home. The price is hard to beat as well. The longer you stay, the cheaper it is. Bathrooms/showers are cleaned every day; pool is kept immaculate; grounds are ideal for all sizes of RVs. Various size concrete pads to accommodate every size. Close to all shopping and a well kept YMCA on Hammock Road. Beautiful, scenic Lakeview Drive that goes all around Lake Jackson. This is not a gated park (which was fine with us), so its always best to lock your bikes while outside, just in case. We never heard of any vandalism while we were here, but its just a general precaution.Will definitely stay here again next season.
