Administrative and Management have always been helpful. Today I was taking my garbage to the Dumpster and the Driver was coming in with the empty bin. He came over and took my garbage. He told me to get home as a storm was coming. He was very nice and I thanked him.

Closed on the house. Started moving in. Nice neighbors have greeted us.Everybody greets each other with a smile and a wave. Lots to do, took time away from moving in to look around. We definitely did not make a bad choice.

Nice 55 & over mobile park. They do take care of your yard. Mowing & weed eat. You must take care of any flowers you plant. Lot rent high. Beautiful pool.

Drove through the park to find a well organized and well maintained park. It houses mostly snowbirds, but has several year round occupants. Social schedule seems to be very full. Great prices with low monthly costs. SeveralHomes for sale on our tour for under 40G. Location is fantastic with all the amenities you need a very short drive away.

People are great here and an Wonderful hair salon down the street. Xtreme hair Designs. Love it here!! Its nice to know my neighbors.

Beautiful little park with many amenities.

I have lived here for three years and the lot rent is too high. Residents also have to pay the park owners taxes. There are drainage problems that owner has not addressed. Heavy rains has ruined all my furniture in my Florida room. My neighbor had to install sump pump to keep water out of her driveway and screen room. Yes, the water smells like sulfur. Current manager is writing notices to residents to get their hurricane damage cleaned up within 10 days. Lot rent goes up every year. Social security increase does not begin to cover rent increase on top of cable and utility increases. I would recommend doing research of other parks and lot rents. I would even suggest looking at real estate first since property taxes are so reasonable in Florida.

Well keep modular home development. Houses are packed in though, not much space between homes. Very clean.

Christmas light display was fantastic! Such a warm and friendly community.

They do a great job with breakfast; very friendly

Great 55+ community: Homeowners & staff are the friendliest; the park is well located in central Florida with stores, restaurants, community activities close by and in nearby towns; oceans are less than 1 1/2 hour away, both East and West; the park is well cared for, with enough activities to keep everyone busy if they want to be . The units are priced fairly but the rent is a little higher than comparable parks. Definitely worth looking into if you are searching for a retirement MHP.

The people who live here Snowbirds and year round folks are the greatest. But the management is the worst in central Fla. Over priced lot rent, lack of care about the needs of their renters. Bottom line money and the devil with the customer.

This place is awful. You MUST be over 55 to reside here, and you can only have visitors under 55 for a MAXIMUM of 2 weeks a year! Additionally, the entire place smells like sulfur because theyre too cheap to buy water filters for the sinks and sprinklers! 0/10
