We rent a spot from Jan thru March the last 2 years and they have been very nice. The place is clean and they have large lots. We stay in the camper area since we pull our 5th wheel toy hauler. We plan on going back again this year.

The rules are not enforced. Most of the rules only apply to certain people. Management sucks, very lazy, doesnt have personality to deal with public. Very rude and unprofessional.
