What a lovely place to live. My son, daughter in law and grandkids have a mobile home in this park. They love it here. The management has been wonderful with them. Has helped them through every step of buying their first home. Everyone seems nice. Marney the park manager is very friendly and is willing to help out with almost anything. Great family park.

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I most definitely would. My mom and I walked into one of the homes they had for rent and the second we walked in, there were 4 ROACHES under the door! I could not breathe walking through. The BLACK MOLD was so bad in there, the air was thick and just smelled like mold.. May I mention that the water damage under the vinyl is horrible, the wood is rotting so bad it’s expanding; there was a whole bulge in the floor in the master bedroom. It was just so dirty.. That house would most certainly NOT pass inspection! How could they try to rent that house out to people?

We moved here from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and made several contacts with mobile home parks within Florida to look for a new home for our family. Marnay, at the front desk, was absolutely wonderful and kind to us. She confirmed my background check details, which I have background issues, and was very considerate about listening to my side of the story and, with great effort, allowed us to move in to the park. Once we arrived she was absolutely wonderful and made herself immediately available to make our move across the country to our new home as comfortable as possible. We have had no issues at all in the park, and they have made their rules clear which are absolutely fair to families and company. The park itself is beautiful and very rural. A nice place to raise kids and families. The park is pet friendly also, which is great because I have two dogs and a rabbit. I definitely do not regret our choice of home, and choice of park to move to. Absolutely would recommend, and if you ever need anything, even help with rent/payments, Marnay is absolutely there to help!

My family and I moved down here from Pittsburgh Pa for a better environment to rsise our kids in....Marnay in thr office has been so helpful ....its a great park and the trailer ya it needed some work but the price waa decent... All in all Im very happy living here its a great first home and a wonderful place to raise your kids....Marnay is amazing and helpful

No Good the new managment have a discusting actitue and rud. The first day they move there they Hit my mobile home with a hual truck and my husband and i was inside our home when they hit it, and they denied it. Next she was giving me lots of issues chargin me money and late fees when i always pay my lot rent on time.Another issued was that this so call managers let there kids take their dogs out to pop in front of your yard

We came from northern Georgia to look at some mobile homes. The manager neglected to tell us not one was even livible. They want $35000 for trailers with dog urine in every room. Broken windows. No kitchen cabinets. What a waste of our time and money.

It doesnt have the best of trailers here one gone to look for places to rent a couple of times but they can be pricy for what they have and the owners dont communicate very well because weve left messages for them before and they never get back to you. I would rather hear no then be pretty hanging when looking for a place to live

Lived here from 1980 to 1988. My Father lived here in the 70s till 89. It was then Buchanans Mobile Home Park. Lots of memories here. Lived in lot 60. Which was at very end back left on the corner by mail boxes. The tree on the left if facing the home, my dad and I planted if still there. A great little park.

If I could give this park 0 stars that would suit it best. Absolutely disappointed with the park. Roads are in really bad shape, the condition of some of the homes in the park although with live in tenants should be condemned, the trash just stacks up high with no alternate disposal area and the smell of sewer is constant. Although the policy states no big pets allowed thats not the case, you will find your night to be disturbed by continuous dog barking. To make it worst the park manager/not owner is no help. She will take your complaint and do nothing but turn around and gossip to other tenants. I think there might be fraud being committed at this property. That last remark is based on a personal situation but there might be others who agree. My mother is an actual owner in this park and although I dont live in I still listed myself as a tenant which never gave me any rights nor made a difference with my findings presented to the manager.**STAY AWAY** DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE
