Quiet community,for the most part.Managements pretty rude.Rent is kinda high, for having to deal with the combative managements lack of negotiating issues.

The Community Park was very nice, the tenants also very nice. I was looking into purchasing a nice place and then I met the property manager.First thing he said when he answered the door what do you want?. He was rude, telling me he has worked the past 27 days and it was his birthday. I wished him happy birthday, introduced myself and mentioned I was interested in purchasing a place. Good first impression is what he said to me at least 6 times in the 5 minutes I was there. I felt he is a womanizer, as when he directed his wife to get the background paperwork for him to give to me, the file cabinet which held said paperwork was right next to me, his wife (poor thing) looked like she has been brow beaten by this man. Sit down he told me. I had lost interest after the 3rd time he said to me Good first Impression. I noticed there were several places for sale. Is this because of the property manager? He also stated he was raising the lot rent, which was currently at $512.00 per month. This man ended the prospective sale, as all I would of had to do was make a phone call and funds would have been transferred within the hour into the sellers bank. Too bad, as I really like the community.

The mobile park is lovely. Well maintained. But the monthly rent is just too expensive for seniors.

Pretty quiet. Nice folks. About 50% are semi annual. Quite a few trailers for rent or sale.
