The public bathroom is down. I suggest checking before going to save yourself some misery. The bathrooms recommended are a block(s) away from riverfront. Stupid not to fix immediately.

Too many t shirt shops and bars. It has lost a lot of its charm and local flavor.

Savannah Waterfront is amazing . Shops seems to be doing well, lots of activity, some BUY LOCAL campaigns and plenty of activities and promotions. We stop by every thanksgiving I only wish they would decorate for Christmas earlier like Saint Augustine does, those of us visiting the city for Thanksgiving would like to see it at all its splendor.

I bought will call wristbands ahead of time for the St. Patricks Day event to save time standing in line with the 4 people with me that have medical issues, one of which is walking long distances. There were only 3 will call stations. We went to one Friday near the Hyatt Inn. When we went to that one Saturday no one was there. We were not told Friday that no one would be at this one of ONLY three stations on Saturday. I had to purchase 4 more wristbands on the street so that I didnt have to pay a fine. I can not get in touch with anyone from the Savannah Waterfront Association about getting a refund. Technology or common sense did not happen in this case!!! No wristbands with receipt from another station.
