Had a great time. Did one escape room called “Descent into Madness” which really is a puzzle type escape room and was difficult but was able to be done with 3 hints and two people. After we completed it the hostess Susi Q was extremely nice and was able to get us into another room “Toy Factory” which is more of a hide and seek escape room. Overall we had a lot of fun and Susi Q was delightful and really made the experience as she had a genuine passion for the business and the best interest of the customer at heart. Will go back again!

Had a great date with my wife here. I was hesitant to do this but it ended up being a great change of routine for us. We aren’t the greatest but still had a blast. Staff was welcoming and Jessica C. helped us escape without making us feel bad for needing hints. Also the bathrooms were really cool HA HA. Would recommend to anyone wanting to switch things up!

We played all 4 escape games and they were all pretty awesome! Susie Q was an awesome game operator. Clue done it was seriously the best game ever. Mafia Mayhem & decent into madness were decent but a little more difficult and the Robot Toy Factory was almost too easy and seemed unfinished but overall it was a cute little place and it was definitely worth the money! 10/10 would recommend.

Great escape room! Challenging, but fun. Clue done it was great - unique puzzles and clues and really an immersive experience. Also super clean and spaced out for COVID. Definitely recommend!

BEST ESCAPE ROOM weve been to in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Ashleigh and Kelby L. were AMAZING & very kid friendly. My 4 year old got bored towards the end and they even helped us with him! We escaped the robot toy room! Very fun for all ages. Will definitely be back to check out the other rooms escape reality has! BEST escape room hands down

The lady, Kelby was great! My family escaped and we had a lot of fun putting the puzzle together.

Very fun and very challenging! The only thing I would do differently is have a bit better speaker - it was hard to hear and understand some of the clues, especially with the music in the background. All in all, we had a great time and the family that hadnt done it before loved it!

This place was awesome. We did the toy factory. Kelby was awesome. Gave great clues and had a fun personality. Will deff go again

Had a great first experience with an escape room here on 09/12, Jessica and all other staff were incredibly nice and helpful with everything and made the visit from tampa totally worthwhile. Great puzzles that made you think and work as a team, and they give you a complimentary group picture if you escape in time! I will definitely be back to try the other rooms, keep up the great work.

My wife and I enjoyed the Escape Reality. Kelby L. was very nice, pleasant and helpful. We had a good time. I dont give 5 stars often so that is why it is a 4 star.

So much fun!! We did who dunnit room with 8 people. Lots of interactive puzzles and clues. We solved the mystery with 6 minutes to spare!! Definitely recommend this place!! Jessica was an excellent host.

Five of us were looking for something fun to do on Saturday afternoon and decided to find an escape room. We discovered Escape Reality in North Sarasota. We booked Descent into Madness . Our hostess, Suzy, was wonderful and we had such a good time that we followed with Robot Toy Factory. Both rooms were challenging. I enjoyed Descent into Madness a bit more. Escape Reality is a great place.

Love this place! Multi-room, challenging & not too obvious. A much-needed win at a much-needed time.

Visited in January of 2020. This was a great escape room. Not as high-tech as I am used to but the staff made the experience memorable and much more fun! The brother and sister duo (staff) (Im sorry I forgot their names - Suzi and Robert maybe?) are amazing!! The games in the back are also super fun -- ping pong table, board games, and trivial pursuit! Loved it!

Great environment, friendly staff and clean rooms. Highly recommended for escape room enthusiasts!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The Descent into Madness room was challenging but not too difficult. My 15 year old son and I escaped with some time left and had a really good time.

Jessica was my Leader in this adventure and it was amazing definitely recommend for birthdays or anything really fun for the whole family

Extremely fun! Lots of things to piece together and solve. Our group had a great time. Come early, get a drink and play some ping pong or air hockey, fun place to hang out while you wait!

What a blast we had. Of course we selected the most difficult one. Being our first time, we had to get a lot of clues but we still made it out. I recommend coming here for a wonderful get together with friends. If you arent working together, it just wont work, so make sure you pick people whom you can work with. Great and actually scary escape room! Enjoyed my first time doing an escape room would definitely do another one in the future!

I went in with three of my friends and we all had so much fun! We got stuck at a few parts but with the help of our friendly guide we quickly overcame those challenges and set off to solve our mysteries. The atmosphere was amazing in the room we went in with a variety of props that set the scene. All in all for my first escape room experience it was amazing and I’ll be sure to try the other rooms out soon enough!

We had a group of 7 and entered the 1930s Mafia Escape Room. Not having done one myself I had nothing to compare it to, but the puzzles were diverse and connected to each other well. The surroundings felt authentic enough to immerse you in the experience, and I thought the automated gadgets that popped open when you solved puzzles were impressive. Nick was an exceptional guide and definitely helped us along at points without giving too much away. Overall it was a great first escape room experience!

Visited here for the second time a few days ago with my parents & best friend, did two rooms (Clue-Dunnit and Robot Toy Factory) and had a blast :) Suzie and Whitney were AWESOME !! Highly recommend

Today was my first Escape Reality adventure and it was amazing. Suzi and Brittany explained the rules and made my daughyer and I very comfortable as first timers!. Whattt!? Wow I was going to grab a smoothie... I happen to had walked into the wrong store and eventually I felt I escaped reality! I had never played a cool virtual Game Before! It was so fun it really felt like I was in another world the owner and her kids were a BIG️ awesome help many games to choose from! You will love it!!!!! 5STARS

Ive done a lot of escape rooms and I must say, the Victorian Gothic room is by far my favorite suspense room. It is super creepy with a lot of jump scare! A definite awesome time!!

Always have a lot of fun here. Its a great place where a nice sized crowd can get together, have a couple drinks(lots of choices), and play some trivia, or karaoke. The staff and the owners are great. Super nice, super helpful and really fun. Its a perfect place to hang out after work even if you dont want to do an escape room. LGBT friendly.

We did the escape room for my daughter‘s 32nd birthday. We did the mafia room and we had a fantastic time. And this is coming from a mother who is 58 years old and was not into doing this. I am so glad I did. Would definitely go back here and do another room without a doubt.

Been to a lot of escape rooms and this one was awesome! and it wasnt only because we escaped - now increasing their escape rate. We entered the Mafia room with our family of 7 - ages 25 - 81. Everyone participated - even my mom who said she would never go to an escape room again. The clues, puzzles, etc were great - just hard enough and engaging. Loved the opportunity to dress up too. Only draw back is that within 2 hours of leaving the room - i got a sore throat and terrible cough - dunno if it was coincidental or if that is a hint that the place could use some more cleanliness and wiping down surfaces between guests. Nonetheless wed come back and highly recommend this room. It was a blast.

I threw a surprise party for my young teen. It worked out great! The kids loved it and I didnt need to be in the room with them to chaperone. The party deal was totally worth it. I highly recommend it as a great place for any party, all ages. The staff was really helpful. There were 6 kids and it was a great choice. I would go back with my kids or friends.

Great venue with great and passionate people! Brie was our Game Master and did a great job giving us clues when we needed a nudge in the Decent Into Madness room.The room was very well done and surprised me more than once with some unexpected (and awesome) stuff!We talked with Steve for a while after about other rooms, future plans & puzzles, and had a great time doing so!Highly recommended - and well definitely be back!

This was the third room weve done at Escape Reality and such fun. The Initech room is hard, but my son figured most of it out. The staff is great at ER.

Very disappointed. My family and I were in town on vacation and thought it would be cool to find an escape room. We have done several escape rooms as a group; I wouldnt say we are experts, but we do have experience.We were very excited to try this escape room, but between the room being new, and our game master forgetting essential information, giving supar clues, and the videos cutting out due to bad internet connection, it was hard to have fun. By the time we completed the room everyone was frustrated.I understand the room was new, but seems to me like they should have done more trial runs before letting the public play. And train the employees on that room.Even after explaining that we felt our experience could have been better, the lady only said sorry she had forgotten key parts. I would have thought a better apology could have been given or even one of our 6 people a refund for their ticket.

Really awesome experience! The overall experience, mixture of puzzles, and transition to different clues were very well thought out. The theme was spot on and you really felt immersed in the game! Definitely want to go back again! They make and design their own games so you will never find a similar game like it anywhere else!

The game room we picked was fun. The staff wasn’t very helpful when we got there. We called ahead about the room we wanted and just as we walked in they sold it to a group right in front of us.

We did the Corporate Spy-INITECH room. It was a blast. The puzzles and clues were well thought out and challenging. Robert assisted us with the orientation and instructions. He was very thorough and informative. We’ll definitely be coming back to do another one!

My first experience with escape rooms and I loved every minute of it. The owners are very kind and seem to be greatly enjoying what they do. They started with a brief introduction of the rules and what it entails. We were a team of 6 and it was just the perfect number of people for the corporate office game room. Overall, awesome experience! I would highly recommend this escape room for a team building exercise with colleagues or just a fun night with family and friends.

This was my first time doing an escape room, and it was just my wife and I. The gentleman was very informative, and explained that it was a game designed for a group of a minimum 4 people and max 8. We still decided to give it a try and enjoyed every minute of it. I would recommend people to give it a try, and I would like to add that it a very good price comparison to what Ive seen close to home.

Had a great time! I want to go again! Too bad I dont live so close. I like how multiple groups can join in a room, so maybe you dont need a huge group to go.

First Time ever attending something like this....btw all 4 of the team players were virgin players. The experience was definitely a 5 star rating. Staff were amazingly easy going people especially with everything they had to do behind the scenes. You have the option to get clues or someone will see that you’re having a little difficulty and chime in to get you thinking a little differently. Loved the experience with a goofy photo shoot and opening up your email to see and share the photos with.I will be doing this again. Especially if I get company. They won’t know how much fun this is until they experience it for themselves. Thank you.

We had made plans to do The Office room and had so much fun that we stayed to do the Mafia Mayhem room immediately afterwards! The rooms are super well designed - feels like you’re inside a video game or something and you’re able to explore & find clues everywhere. There is a good variety of the types of puzzles within each room so no matter what kind of thinker you are, there’s a challenge for everyone in the group. It was the right level of challenge for us because it made us think, panic as we checked the countdown, and escape with only a few minutes left! The staff was so friendly & helpful - they will give you unlimited clues if you ask for help or get stuck. They were very happy & made us feel very welcome. You can tell the owner & staff are very INTO what they do - they care about the puzzles & making it a fun experience for you. The space itself would be great for hosting a birthday party as well - tons of tables & a bar. You will likely want to stay and do a second room after you finish the first one because you’ll have a blast. :P We will be back soon to try the Descent into Madness room next!

Avalon was the best “bartender” and game master!! “Michael from the future” was very knowledgeable and helpful and Robert was great to get us excited and prepped for our escape room! Definitely recommend for new or old gamers! Well worth the hour and come early to have fun!!

This was my and my girlfriends second escape room. Wed only done one before and it was a little one just for 2 people at another escape room and wed enjoyed ourselves. Deciding to do this second one, we were absolutely blown away. We had extremely interesting and physical interactions with our room, having things drop down or move on their own as we were interacting. It got the atmosphere down 100%. We had chosen a room that was designed for more than 2 people, but wed gotten really close to the end, so they actually let us finish up because we were right there. It was SO nice of them.Everyone there is so sweet, friendly, and they genuinely want you to have a good time.I was so impressed with their attention to detail in the room wed done and Im almost sad I cant do that room again because it was -so- cool. But they have more we can do and Im excited to try them all out! I cant recommend them enough, honestly.Thank you for the incredible experience and for being such a great group of people. You made my girlfriends birthday very special!

Very disappointed in our escape experience. Having done between 6-8 different escape rooms, we thought we had an idea of what to expect. If something wasn’t wrong with the air conditions in this building then why was our guide (Avalon) half naked In Work out clothes and why was the guy at the front desk sitting 4 inches from a box fan? They crammed 8 adults into a 10 ft long hallway that left you standing there in single file. How can we find anything that way??? Not to mention a serious lack of air! They make 3 drinks and we’re out of everything required to make all but one of the three. The drink its self was disgusting! Absolutely the worst cocktail I’ve ever had! Think Boone’s farm with sweet n sour! The description of the mafia Mayhem room was misleading; stating it was 21 and up and beverages would be offered. Instead, only the person who finds the clue get a flask with the nasty boons farm mix, I mention above.Don’t waste your time with this one if your celebrating with friends! Horribly hot and cramped. Piss poor cocktails. Mediocre interaction with the live tour guide. The guide, Avalon, was less than entertaining and seemed to be annoyed giving us clues. We were frustrated with the heat, uninterested guide, and misleading advertisement.

I recently just tried to make an appointment online for a 10:30 pm escape room. One of the employees called me 5 minutes after I booked my appointment and consistently kept on trying to change my appointment time to a earlier time as well as the actual escape room I chose (and wanted to do) online. By the end of the phone call it was obvious that the employees simply did not want to open the room at 10:30 at night (the last available time) for just 2 people.

It was super fun and exciting. Went with my family and still had a good time. I would go back with friends.

This place was a ton of fun, the only thing we didnt like was they mixed office space and the office in one scenario. The staff was super helpful!

This is really a fun escape room! The owners are so kind, and the rooms are phenomenal. Ive tried the vampire themed room, and the prohibition themed room. Both were great! The prohibition one is interesting because the game master is in the room with you, playing the role of a bartender. This is really convenient when you need to ask a question. Overall, a very fun and exciting escape room!

On the back end, Id give it another try. Its hard to gauge because we might just suck at puzzles. My fairest assessment is that some of the hand drawn clues/pics could be done with pictures and photo shop to eliminate some confusion as to trying to figure out what Im looking at. Little touches like that really. Because some of the props look professional. So a few bucks could be spent updating the props that need it. Upon failing spectacularly, LOL, our host was gracious and helpful. I liked him. He should show that side of himself from the start. I felt most welcome as I was leaving. Im still trying to figure out why the rainbows matter? There was plenty that I couldnt figure out on my own without my mind constantly focusing on a recurring theme that played absolutely no part it anything at all. I dont mean to make it sound bad at all. TRY IT! Its just so close to being pretty great.

We just did the office escape with 3 kids between 2.5-10. They could not have been more kid friendly but dont get me wrong adults would have a big challenge and a ton of fun. They more than exceeded our expectations and we ALL had fun. The 2 year old just loved playing with stuff in the room. The 8 and 10 year old really helped with the puzzles and had a great sense of accomplishment in the end. Everything was clean and well thought out and decorated. The kids even loved the bathrooms. Speaking of which, while we were waiting to play I took the 2 year old to the restroom and found one of their awesome employees having a noodle fight with my boys when I returned. Afterwords they came and hung out with us talking about how things were created and even gave us snacks. I cant wait to try their other rooms and to see when they create new rooms. Thank you for the great family outing! I couldnt be more impressed. Highly recommend this to anyone!!

This place is fantastic! Was on vacation with some firneds and we wanted something to do so we went as kinda a joke but it turned out to be super fun. Would highly recommend.
