Relaxed, fun, open to all walks of life. Great place to meet people, loud enough to party, not too loud to hear the people your talking to, especially under the whole social distancing & mask requirements. People need to understand this place has done an exceptional job in ensuring the health safety of their patrons and get back to normalcy and have a great time! Only complaint- wish theyd update their social media platforms, like Facebook & Twitter on a regular basis. Hard to figure out their daily events, upcoming events, and current events when posts are pre-covid era. If social media is built, the crowds will come!

This place is a little hard to find. Its just across the street from the old court house. If youre in front of the old court house and look across the street at all the nightclubs, the Stonewall is on the right almost on the corner. I went there on a Monday night with a small group from my office for karaoke night. Being Monday night, there wasnt a large crowd but it was still a lot of fun. Everyone was really friendly and there were plenty of Rainbow flags flying. The place is really comfortable with lots to do.

This is for sure my favorite place on the square! They have an extensive, ready to order drink menu as well as a selection of craft beers. The staff are wonderful and very attentive; Ive never had a problem with them or other patrons. They make sure you are comfortable. Theres also a pool table, an adult claw machine, and a photo booth.

Place was best when there was Project M Tournaments.Best venue in the world

Great place to hangout and dance -- especially on Friday/Sat nights. Laid back and non-pretentious crowd. San Marcos is lucky to have such a space for the LGBTQ and ally community. All are welcome here! Support your local gay bar.

Omg so much fun! The queens are fun and there are lots of different styles of drag. Wednesday has a fun trivia night. Thursday/Friday/Saturday there are full blown shows. The DJs play great dance music and everyone seems really friendly! They even give you a free shot on your birthday on stage! Tons of fun!

Best, sweetest, and most fun bartenders in San Marcos! Fun place to be out on the Square. Check out their events, you wont be sorry! Just keep in mind, they do get pretty packed.

Let’s start off this review by saying I have been to this bar on multiple occasions. I have interacted with numerous drag queens, bar staff, and the director of entertainment. Two bar staff members have been absolutely professional and amazing! They make the experience delightful. The drinks are good and reasonable for the price.Before we get into the reason I will NEVER return lets start by giving the definition of what a Director of Entertainment is.Definition: Managing performances, events, artistes and entertainers is the responsibility of an Entertainment Manager. These professionals work extensively throughout the world. ... Theirs is a stressful and demanding job, but their project management and people skills often assists them in managing sufficiently.Now to get into why I’m writing this review. The Director of Entertainment is absolutely inexperienced to run as a director. Now for me to explain why:You have to have some level of professionalism when you have a title of this nature.You have to be able to not be a bully.You have to not allow nepotism amongst performers and show them what a true leader/role model is.You have to NOT allow illegal substance abuse to occur.You have to make sure that the safety of your customers and performers are of top priority.I could continue to list numerous things that need improvement with the Director of Entertainment. I believe she is a disgrace to this bar and what it stands for. To allow this Director to resume her position is indirectly showing you’re willing to support her and her behavior. You’re allowing her to force drag queens to leave to other bars because of her, to allow people who actually stand up for themselves to be kicked out, and to allow this director to belittle drag queens. This is completely unacceptable.I will be spreading the word about this Director of Entertainment to open their eyes to who she is and what their supporting by going to this bar.I will also be telling anyone and everyone I can not to go to this bar, as long as this Director of Entertainment is in her position. This bar is absolutely amazing WITHOUT this Director.I wish it could go back to before when this Director was not a part of the bar. Bullying and her lack there of professionalism is UNACCEPTABLE.

This bar is AMAZING!!!! I won’t ever go back though unfortunately!That immature host is a disappointment for the LGBTQIA Community. She is an awful person and shouldn’t be held to the awesome standard of Stonewall representative.Please whoever owns this bar get someone who care truly for the community, our ancestors didn’t fight for our rights for this abomination to be in charge of the drag queens!

Great place! The bartender was very welcoming and friendly. I think his name is Matt. Really nice fellow.Good music, decent crowd and nice place to have a good time. I like that they have pool tables and games in the back. I would totally recommend checking this place out.

Great bar, inconsistent bar service during the shows. I understand its busy but every time Ive been to the bar during a show I can make eye contact with a bartender and theyll still act like they never saw me until 5 minutes later after helping other customers and taking shots with their friends.

Great place to go have fun and check out some unique events. Stonewall Warehouse is the only LGBTQ bar in San Marcos and as such offers an awesome partying experience. Great prices on the drinks also by very friendly people!

This is a wonderful club that serves wonderful drinks and it has wonderful people.

They would not care about an under 21 staying alone in the street because the manager said no more minors in, while all of my under 21 friends got in right before me. Ridiculous.

Over charged on drinks that were very poorly made, then found out days later the bartender added more money to their tip. Currently contacting my banks fraud department to get my money back. Never again, will be telling others of my experience as well. Wonder how many others they have overcharged as well.

Arrived around 1120 after waiting for 25 minutes for a drink even though theres only five people at the bar when I finally get my drink I was told that they would be closing soon I dont know who works on Tuesday but the two guys that work on Tuesday or probably the worst customer service Representatives Ive ever seen I would never return to this bar
