I love this place! One of the best hookah lounges in San Marcos. Hookah House isnt anything compared to Nebula. Jay is amazing with the flavors here. Spencer and Taylor keep the vibe chill and take care of everything you need.

The only good place to go and chill after a certain hour. If u want calm with your hookah then go before 1am. Anything after that is for the lively crow. Lol. I love this place.

Such a great environment even late at night, management does an excellent job of keeping the peace inside and making sure everyone has a good time. It was my first time smoking hooka and they had a great recommendation for me that tasted good, smoked easy, and was very cheap!

Such a fun place to hang out with friends, and the customer service is great every time. The flavors are also awesome, haven’t tried a bad one yet. Definitely the best hookah bar in San Mo!

Kurt is always so friendly! Nebula truly is where all of my hookah dreams come true. Ive been to many hookah lounges and Kurt has made the vibe in Nebula the only one I will return to. Hookah flavors on point and constantly have fresh coals. Also, the fish tank is amazing! 10/10 for customer service and atmosphere

I been going to so many hookah places in town. This the worst if there’s anything below one star I would give them that. The worst service ever drug passes by the workers to customers. It’s owned by kids who came from the other hookah place who got shut for illegal drugs. Not recommended at all

I’m not too sure if ghazi faisal went to the right hookah lounge because nubula’s security doesn’t allow illegal activity or even negative activity for that matter. The owners are new to San Marcos and to the hookah game as well. The prices for happy hour are unbeatable and flavors are amazing! Music is a vibe. Plus BYOB for a pregame and open til 4 am so you can chill and sober up after the square?? Plus its literally next door from the Vault!? Nebula in my opinion is THE Hookah Spot!Plus I find it odd how Ghazi Faisal gave “Hookah House” 5 stars...

The atmosphere and hookah is great but Kurt (owner) is a monster when it comes to monopoly. I was doing great until I landed on his hotel and the thief took everything I ever owned or ever dreamed of owning. But besides hat not a single complaint. Also the fish tank is really cool.

Before, I would have given this place 5 stars, the last owner was so chill and down to earth. He cared so much about his business and his customers. The music was awesome. He built these awesome boxes so the hookahs could spin/pass easily. He had an awesome fish habitat going that he loved and cared about so much. He would always talk and interact with everyone and made everyones hookah dreams come true.The new atmosphere is pretty ghetto. The music is pretty basic and meant for a club, the environment is no longer somewhere I can go and just have meaningful conversations with friends, but rather listen to people aaayyyyying at each other from across the room and yelling to each other (I can go to any club and have that experience). The hookah isnt as good now, and I most likely will not be coming back.I have so many awesome memories from this place that I will cherish forever, and i dont want to taint it with the new uncaring management.However, on the flip side, if youre trying to party, this is probably a good place to go because they have beer pong and a party type atmosphere on certain days. I just dont think a hookah bar is the right place to party, Ill just go to any other bar for that. What my friends and I look for is a chill place to relax, smoke hookah, and talk.Im pretty disappointed.. Im also not usually one to make reviews on google or Yelp, but this one was so incredibly necessary.Edit: After reading their response to this post, I realize they do care, just in a different way. I appreciate the offer for 50% off, but I know I wont have a good time there anymore.Im happy for you guys that theres a 200% increase in attendance, but that just shows me that its more about foot traffic and profits (which makes sense because it is a business). I walked into a community living room! One party is playing Yahtzee in the corner and theres a group in the back room. The music and atmosphere is so chill and the hookahs are pretty good-$15 with no added charges for ice or flavors or for whatever. If youre looking for a place to hang out for hours, Kurt makes you feel welcome. BYOB, but he checks IDs.

First off, the customer service is unbeatable. I walked in and a hookah was already being prepared! The floor plan is very open, and adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The owner builds the hookahs custom on a rotating base so it never tangles. Also they last forever without getting harsh. I personally enjoyed a hookah there for over 3 hours. Snacks and drinks are served at a fair price. The place is also BYOB.

The Nebula Hooka Lounge! If you’re looking for a great place for great tasting hooka or just a place to chill with your homie G dawg bruddas, then I would 100% recommend the fish tank that is set up in there. But let’s be honest and get down to the nitty gritty. Yes while the owner Kurt is an exceptional CS Source player and the hooka taste like baby toes, the KLT (Kurt, Lettuce and tomato) is the main selling point of the lounge. While the origins of the KLT are unknown to most, only the select members are aware of its origins and what it has to offer. To become a designated member however you must visit 15 times a month for 4 years and the KLT should be at arms reach no matter what. I give this place 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone with 1:384853 of a brain.

Clean and chill hookah bar. Custom made hookahs that smoke great and are user friendly so little concern of knocking over/breaking. Owner is incredibly chill and nice, focused on providing a friendly experience.

Great hookah, super comfortable lounging area, private theater, and a huge variety of snacks/food/drinks. Byob. Kurt, the guy who owns the place, is such a nice dude! He makes the experience a million times better. He also has a hookup with Papa Johns so all pizzas ordered from this location gets 50% off :-) love this place!

This place is run by one guy who is very sweet! He provides free hot tea and is a good host. Theres a 6x6 foot screen in the back where you can project Netflix while you hang out with your pals. Nebula is so pleasant!!

When i 1st walked up to the door the owner open the door and greeted me and my gf. he held the door open for us while i rolled her inmy gf is wheel chair bound he explained everything about his shop and how it works. he also told me the bathrooms where up ada standards which was awesome. very rare to find smaller places like that! he was very friendly. he even asked if he could roll her to see him feeding the fish. she loved the salt water tank he had set up. the owner is really what makes this place great. i honestly can not say enough good things about him and the service he provides. how ever there is one downside i found. i am a daily hookah smoker. so i have pretty high standards when it comes to my hookah..the owner has custom made hookahs. they where very cool but the performance was lacking. while the flavor was great and lasted the hookah it self hit very weak. the clouds i was getting where not much bigger then ones u would get off a cig. how every my gf who does not smoke nearly as much really liked it. overall this place had the best environment i have every been to in a hookah lounge. the owner is probably one of the best hosts iv every had. if this is your 1st time trying hookah or you just want a place to relax in and dont really care how hard your hookah hits this is great place!

I honestly love it here. Loads of hookah flavors. Owner is a hoot. Boardgames for days playing Risk and Catan. Im still new to the area but Ive tried the three places around here in san marcos, and this is the first place where it doesnt hurt or burn my throat. I can relax and enjoy the hookah for hours and it lasts without refills. The snacks are yummy and I can bring my own drinks, whats not to love?
