The new manager Rita Castro is not only rude and dismissive, she has blatantly ignored current problems in the Park. There are so many issues here that I will only mention a few. The main garbage facility is a mess. She does not arrange service but maybe once every week when it should be at least three times a week. The garbage is overflowing which in turn has caused many flies and rodents. Since she has become manager the laundry room has not been mopped or even a basic wipe down. Never a maintenance person available. I can go on and on. Renting here is a mistake and I can’t imagine owning property here.I hope this is useful for anyone who is considering living at this property.

I pay 2600$ a month, manager lady gets mad at me for riding my motorcycles around because I guess it’s too much noise for her. Makes up her own rules to get rid of people she doesn’t like. Always wants to tow my friends cars when they come over,even if they are parked at an empty parking spot where nobody even lives at. Really miss the old manager. Can’t even live peacefully so I might have to move out.

Looks like an upcoming tiny home sort of community. I will check on it another day as far as costs. Will be nice once the playground bbq area and streets are done. Add trees and greenery. Make it a goal to keep registered sex offenders out and it could be great!

The owner Sean cannot be bothered to be present during the rehabilitation of this property. While the upgrades have been incredible, there was an easy half mil spent. The multiple contractors, confusion, and lack of leadership and attention from owner get this grave review. Be about your investments son, you spent the money be present.

They are under a lot of continual reconstruction so improvements are always coming.Meanwhile its just a mess.

Have a friend that lives there. Went to visit and the day was so beautiful we bbqued.

The mobile park has been run down for years. However it looks like there are big changes happening. I think some of the units were condemned and are being removed. New modern mobile homes are moving in. Wish them luck in their transformation.

They are cleaning the place up, it is on a street with not much customer parking, but it is looking better!
