I own a place here, and rent to tenants. I try to keep the place so good that I wouldnt mind living there myself. This park is also located near public transportation and good stores.

My best friend lives here and loves it.

The only reason you go here is to go gamble at Chumash everyone knows it. they only try to take your money and theyre very greedy with it once you lose it youll never get it back just like in Vegas...my sister was once able to get hotel rooms and suites and even use the pool but now since she doesnt gamble anymore she doesnt get it I wonder why itching my headChumash buffet didnt charge us because we gambled enough for them to not

This a very nice, smaller community with age requirements. I have two family members whom live here. Its a safe place and they enjoy living here.

Very nice clean senior park alot of the old mobiles have been replaced with new manufactured homes. You also own your property

Clean & quiet, yes. Since most residents own their lots, there is a HOA. Renters are allowed to attend monthly HOA meeting but are not allowed to vote. Mismanagement has cost residents money as board members decided to hire a Los Angeles based attorney rather than locally. Beware if looking to buy your own slice of SLO heaven at Chumash Village, transparency is not a strong point. Infrastructure upgrades are needed, so expect the unexpected.

Quiet, clean. Probably the nicest mobile home parks in SLO.

The first trailer park Ive been to, that has two pools! Plus those old geezers always leave their keys in their cars.
