Owner and manager are good and rent is affordable but parking is a problem and noise getting to be an issue with new residents that dont seem to care about neighbors. Screening process is not thorough enough. We need a better process to attract more respectful tenants

Mobile home Park very compacted, but easy access. Close to shopping stores, parks, and downtown SLO.

Old but well kept, mostly older people! They have a pool, spa, and weight room, pool table, library, and game room!!
