San Luis Obispo best mobile home park overall for layout dacor and general feel of the park. This is reflected in the value of the coaches when they sell.Management is solid, maintenance is well kept up, but on the downside management is strict. Sometimes this downside is an upside.A very nice park and when thinking of housing in San Luis Obispo offers an excellent opportunity

Quiet quaint little place to buy a mobile home but make sure you park in the right spots or else your car will be towed.

Very well kept park, nice game room, nice sunken spa, holds 6 people comfortably, the pool is heated year round, and it is a much better park to live in compared to Silver City!! I know I live in Silver City??

No there is not a large public parking area as asked, but:Every house has a 3 car parking space!It is a wonderful peaceful house!️️️️

Im in between a two and a three stars theyre really trying hard to get that place back in order and cleaned up and looking nice I got to give him kudos for that

Just visiting a friend who lives here, so Im just a guest (not a resident). The place is well kept and appointed, quiet and vibrant, communal and availing readily of several diverse solitudes.

This is the cleanest and most well kept mobile home park in the county. Its safe and neighborsare mostly friendly.

They are upgrading the play/park area. Seems as tho most people take pride in their space and have little flower gardens and the like.

My daughter lives there.

A friend of mine lives here. Always kept so clean,and the neighbors are very friendly.
